I needed to print off a two page form, sign it, and scan it back to my email. They charge 25 cents per page to print (totally reasonable) but with a $2 minimum. Then they charge $3 just to scan two pages and email it to you. Plus its on a separate system so you cant put it towards the $2 minimum. So I ended up having to spend $5 just to print two pages and scan them. A total rip off and cheap way to nickel and dime you.
Jay,Thank you for your response.Although you took a look at the CCTV footage, it seems to me that some points were missed. Having a birds-eye view can sometimes provide more information than what was available to the parties involved at the time. Based on your conversation with your associate, there are a couple of points that still don’t seem to add up that I would like to highlight. I can’t speak to whether or not your footage has audio or what the video quality is, so I’m going to operate under the assumption that it does not have audio.He claims that it was not intentional and that he was distracted by finishing up his work. Sure, that’s understandable. However, what is not understandable is that when he went behind the counter and saw us both standing there, he still chose to help the white woman standing behind me before me, even after being repeatedly told that I was first in line. How was he so distracted by his task that he unable to process that information? He was looking right at me, so it’s not that he didn’t see me or wasn’t aware of who the woman was referring to when she said, “she was before me”.The second point relates to the female associate that ended up assisting me. It’s true that she came out from the back to assist me, but it was after he’d already decided to help the other customer. How could he have been aware of her coming to assist me? His back was to her the entire time, and since he was apparently distracted, he wouldn’t have been aware of her presence. It stands to reason that if he wasn’t aware of her, then he was fine with his decision to let me stand there to wait rather than show me the respect of altering his decision to make it right. We are trying to decipher his actions, not whether or not I was assisted in the end.It may seem like I’m unnecessarily picking this apart after the fact, but this matter is important to me. Time and time again, workplaces have not done enough to remedy potentially race-based situations like this that arise, so I want to make sure that the most can be done to prevent this from happening again. I do not believe that a conversation is enough. That being said, I would like a formal complaint to be on his record.Best,Kandace
One 2 occasions now in the span of a few months, I have returned items via drop-off from this location, and they have been lost in transit. Im not sure if its necessarily this locations fault, but that should never happen, especially in that frequency.
This location is wonderful and essential to my business. I send an average of 20 packages a week and they are one of the only locations that have hours every day (yes, including Sundays). I have been dropping packages with them for over 10 years and the staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with my shipping needs. Ive never had a problem with my packages getting to their destination.Im usually one that is in-and-out but I owe them my sincerest gratitude for all of their help through the years.
This place has a fantastic notary service. I cannot recall the name of the employee, but she is a very patient, understanding and attentive employee. I really commend her work and effiency

I just walked out of there when the associates tried to charge $148 and change for 15 copies of two passport photos. Brian, the younger associate seemed unsure that that was the correct price, but his manager assured me that was correct. Youve got to be kidding me.
Why did it take me so long to leave FedEx Office and come to UPS?! The UPS store offers the same services and more! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Shanice W. is outstanding; she helped us coordinate paperwork on a tight turnaround schedule, passport photos, and notary services. A huge thank you to the staff at this store!

One concern I have is the lack of witnesses in the office for the forms I need to be notarized. The parking is also scary because the tow truck driver runs around. The parking meter next to the office is glitchy and I feel paranoid about whether to park there or not.The UPS office is clean, nice, I wish their computer was not running on Windows Vista. Aside from that good location -- would love later hours
The manager Richard is phenomenal. I do all of my business shipping and personal shipping at this location even though it isn’t the closest location to my house because they’ve made the process so quick and easy. They’ve really set a new standard for customer service. Everyone is very personable and it seems like they’ve really cultivated a fantastic work environment. They’re happy to be there which makes the drudgery of having to run errands something I even look forward to. Thanks guys!

I had gone to the store with the intentions of just printing out my resume and leaving. I needed help with the computer and David, one of the associates came over to give me a hand. He looked at my resume and politely asked if he could offer me a hand. OH MY GOODNESS! Not only did he help me with the computer, but he also cleaned up my resume and guess what..............I GOT A JOB!!!!!!!! I could never repay him for his help. Every time I walk in this store its......wait for it.......wait.......waaaait.........BOOM! One and done.Amazon returns are literally seconds. I barely get time to say hi to the staff and they have it logged and Amazon e-issues the refunds as I walk out the door. Faxes -- they got you covered. Boxes, shipping? All there. Fast as heck, and consistent and available.And, they have a new giraffe-walking service.(Just kidding, but, you never know.Keep Arlington crazy)
The staff in this location are fabulous. They are courteous, helpful and cheerful. They always move the line along quickly, even when it is crowded. There are other UPS locations in this neighborhood but I always go here. Plus they have a parking space across the street and most often, you can find a space in front of their building,
Their clock is fast, one worker tried to be preachy to me about being late when I literally run on the atomic clock and got locked out an a receipt saying it was dropped off at 7:02 When it wasnt even 7 yet. Also, my back hurts from having pick the box up after setting it down when I got locked out.
Staff here is great. WARNING!!! Do not park in their free space across the street. The towing company stalks it and extorts you for money. I had to pay them to drop my car. The UPS store guy reimbursed me. I reported the towing to BBB. Unbelievable.
I have lived abroad for over four years. Jay and his team are fantastic! Excellent customer service! I can have them check my box via e-mail, so I can time shipping my mail so I have everything I am expecting. Sometimes I ask every day for a week, and I get the same courteous service. When I do ask to have my box emptied and the contents sent to me, they wait until the days mail comes in, just in case. The I get an e-mail with all the shipping details and a link so I can track the package.Anyone considering living overseas for awhile, or just will working out of state for a period, this UPS store is the one you want! These folks set the world standard for Customer Service!

We had an excellent experience. Great UPS store. The staff are the best, friendly, professional customer service. They have UPS shipping services and you can rent a box like at the post office. I like the service here more than at the near by post office on Wilson Blvd.
It would be nice if they had a drop box outside.

I was here for taking my Driver Improvement Program Final Exam. Jay Choi was the person who was in the store during my visit. I had to take time to review because the service was just above and beyond my expectations. He was very helpful trying to get me connected to a I Drive Safe representative as I did not get my authorization code even after waiting a good 30 mins. I was there on a busy Sunday when the store is only open between 12 and 4 PM. But despite that, he was going above and beyond to get me going with my test. Truly appreciate the customer service!!
If I could have given this store a negative rating I would. We brought a package in with legal documents and a prepaid label. My package was lost and instead of helping me they could care less.
Solid service compared to other DC area UPS Stores. *cough* 37th street location sucks *cough*. I came in during the holiday shipping rush and the folks at the Courthouse UPS Store served me promptly. They have free parking to with a $3 minimum purchase. I would use again especially given horrible service at other DC area UPS Stores.
I need to tell everyone about this, Im amazed!!I was at the post office a few days ago and was told that one of my packages could only be returned to/via UPS. A guy in front of me in the line said maam, I over-heard the attendant say that your package need to go to the UPS store. I work there and would be happy to take it for you.After the hustle and bustle of a day spent shopping/waiting in line I was tired and wanting to go home (plus I had tons more to do.) Without thinking (this guy was wearing a UPS uniform,) I said Oh, thanks, thatd be great and gave him the package.After some contemplation, I realized that entrusting a package (value= $100.00 plus) was not the brightest thing to have done. Until I checked the return status today, I had been very worried that the guy who took my (pre-paid) package was not actually someone from UPS. Its a shame we have to be so suspicious however, I am so very happy that this all worked out and am very impressed by that UPS employees kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help me!

CAR TOWED NO MATTER WHAT! 2nd towing attempt of car from free parking spot. This time I get shooting back pain b/c I moved too quick b/c I wear a back brace (recovering from a back injury). Explained to tower that I pay UPS Store extra for an after hours key for my mailbox. Tower said he didnt care saying store was closed. For over 3 yrs as a customer Ive been parking in the free spot to pick up my mail, but now its changed to TOW CARS AFTER STORE CLOSES. ACPD says towing company can do can do it. My back pain after this incident is excruciating - tears were running down my face as my pain Needless to say Im closing my account.

My experience at this UPS was the greatest experience that I have ever had. Previously, I had always gone to FedEx when I needed something shipped, as there is a store close to my house. However, I decided on to try out the UPS store because I was increasingly dissatisfied with the service that I received from FedEx. I can honestly say that that was a great decision. Just the other day, I came to the UPS store needing to print off and ship out some important medical documents. The employee who helped me, a young man by the name of Jac, was incredibly personable and walked me through the shipping process, even though I did not come prepared with all the information that I needed (oops haha). Nonetheless, Jac helped me until the documents were printed and mailed and never expressed displeasure or discontent. It was this type of customer service that has helped me come to the realization that I will be coming to UPS each and every time I need something shipped, despite the longer commute. Thank you UPS!

This place is awesome! everything is super fast- i just drop my packages off as soon as i enter & badabing badaboom- its done. ive have been to this quite a few times and never been here more than 2mins at a time- literally, i swear! aside from the lack of parking sometimes, i really like this place. the guys here are super coooooooool. Happy to serve you any hour of the day, I wonder do they ever have a bad service day.
