This place is fantastic. Our brand new Silverado was sideswiped on the highway, and on the way to a different body shop for those repairs, we slid off a slick road into a ditch while avoiding a deer and caused more damage. For a few reasons, we chose to find a different shop due to the complexity of multiple claims and ended up at Meramec Heights. They communicated with the insurance company promptly, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our truck was repaired beautifully, and over a week ahead of schedule. They even made a point to tell us if we notice anything after getting the truck home that we arent satisfied with, let them know and theyll fix it right away. Best customer service weve ever experienced with an auto body. Well recommend them to everyone we know from now on.

They do stellar work. Brought different vehicles multiple times over the last 3 years loving this place. And after having a very minor issue with a sensor on the last repair they did, immediately the same day, the owner reached out to me to right it. Humans make mistakes, its about how you fix it.. and this one was simple and yet she went above and beyond to fix it. I hold a high pride to customer service after the years Ive spent working in it and they went above the bar. I tip my hat to her and commend her style to making sure things are done right. You dont find good business amd service very often these days, let alone stellar. I will continue to drive from Warren County to use this place, theyve got my respect and business for life now.

These people are great! After talking to many collision centers, Kris really impressed me! She was so helpful and kind during the whole process. I highly recommend them for any repair work on your vehicle. They were in contact with me throughout the repair process and did wonderful work. They also called about a month after my repair to make sure that everything was still satisfactory and when I mentioned that I wasnt sure the color was quite right, they insisted I bring the car in to be worked on again. (I have a metallic shimmer to the paint and it was good before and amazing after they worked on it again!) They are a small company and its obvious everyone there likes their job and really takes pride in their work.This was my first experience with them and I would hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Its been a few months since the work was done on my car and Im still thrilled with the repair work and this company!

This is the first accident I have ever been in and I REALLY appreciated how the Meramec Heights Collision Center staff went out of their way to help me every step of the process. You cant even tell my car was ever in an accident and they even paid the first three days of my rental car costs for FREE! My car was returned cleaner than it has ever been! I dont honestly know what quality of work you guys do but your shop looks clean and youve got decent online profile....however.....your new sign is SO FREAKING BRIGHT. I work nights in Fenton and take 141 home. That thing at 3 a.m. is like a strobe light. Please adjust the settings or something. Its really bad at night.

Never again will we take our car here. My husband hit a deer at 4:30am called am fam insurance at 5am told them the issues had our car at meramec heights collision center at 8am. They told us our car wouldnt be fixed till July 14th had it done 2 weeks early we drive the car and the ac doesnt work and it was one of the first things we told insurance went out (we have a 2010 Honda Accord crosstour) 20-30mins later we take it back up a few days later we are told that I would have to approve for a diagnostic to be done but it may cost me if our ac went out prior to the accident which it didnt. I had to argue with our adjuster and the company be our ac went out right after my husband his the deer. I had to take a risk bc I know companies they will pay people to say it was prior but luckily we had the choice to take it to Honda. We went to Honda when they took our car their and got the diagnostic and they even said their was no way to tell if it was prior or not and they said acs go out a lot after hitting a deer. So insurance had to pay but going through the hassle and being called a liar is a no no. The guy even told my husband he still thinks it was prior to the accident.... Wont ever do business here again I refuse to be called a liar over something that was told to them from the very beginning
