They did a great job m. When I called it was around 8:30am they said they couldn’t get me in until 11AM and probably out around 12PM. But I got there about 8:45 and they got me in and out fast with in a hour and a half. I left around 9:30AM instead of 12pm. I was highly satisfied with the work and their prices were good and they have great customer service as well!

They were able to get me in for an emissions test the day of, when everywhere else in Arnold was booked through the following week. I dropped my car off with the friendly staff, and my car was ready to be picked up with a few hours! Will definitely be coming back for future services!

Came in for a set of tires for the wifes car after searching for e few days for the best deal. These guys were great gave me the best price on some really good tires and had me in and out in about an hour I was really impressed with the knowledge and service they have i will be going back when my other vehicles need tires

Very pleased with the service I received. They were thorough and made sure my vehicle was safe and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and they gave me a ride home so that I didn’t have to sit there while they worked in my vehicle.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got my car back from getting new tires and there was paint damage on the corner of my car. The manager blamed me because the dirt around the damage “didn’t look fresh”, whatever that means. Then he called his “expert” friend from a body shop. It was just a young kid who ordered parts for the shop. Not a paint professional. I actually do auto paint repair for a living and was fortunately able to fix this myself. But most people wouldn’t have been able to. If you want a good experience with people who actually care about your car, don’t go here.

Horrible service lied to multiple times. Would not recommend this place to anyone. In the past we have purchased all of our tires from them we will no longer go here.

I’ve used Plaza tire in Arnold for vehicle inspections as well as alignments, and have always been pleased with the services received. Not only are the mechanics efficient and thorough, but the front desk staff has always been accommodating and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Able to start and finish very fast. Pulled in around 1130. Pulled my vehicle out at 2 pm. Terry the manager went to another store to get my tires. Thank you sooo much for great, speedy service. Definitely assets to your company !!!

I am not one to normally write a review but felt this is needed. I wouldnt recommend these guys. I had called and asked for a quote for new tires multiple times over a two week period. Each time they said theyll get back to me. That was two weeks ago since my last contact with them. Needless to say, I am taking my truck to another shop and getting in right away.

Overall this experience went extremely well. There was only one thing that I thought could be improved. That was they didnt give me an expected total cost before I said yes. But the final cost of the tires were within reason. I think I made the best choice. I needed two new tires and now I want the other two replaced as soon as possible.

I love Plaza Tire in Arnold. I’ve been going there for at least 5 years. Treated like a friend and not a dollar Sign. Mick and Joe are extremely nice and polite.

Staff was friendly and helpful, though Ive never waited over 3 hours for tires and an oil change before. That was rather disappointing considering my appointment was made nearly two weeks in advance.

I only went here for a state inspection, but after that service, I’d gladly come back here for other services. The people working here are friendly and focused

Customer service at this location is horrible. I have given my service here a few times. Never coming back now after I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed, just to get a message a week later saying it was rejected. I called the location and they said they did not have me scheduled. When I asked if I could setup another appointment for another day, I was rudely hung up on. That was the end for me coming back to this location.

Well I gave them a chance... And once again disappointment by a chain shop. Needed a set of 4 tires and alignment. Called back up and specifically asked them to NOT torque the lug nuts past 100 ft lbs. I get my car back and two of the tires that are directional are put on backwards and the front wheels were over torqued over 130 ft lbs and the drivers rear required a 4 foot breaker bar just to loosen them all. Wont be going back.

I called asking about tires and he was helpful but he needed to step away from the phone, i had no issues with this until i was left on hold for several minutes and never got back to me.

I had a nail in my tire on my Shelby gt350. If you don’t know what that car is- it is a very expensive and not mass produced mustang.That said- I take pride in making sure it is always serviced properly and taken care of to the highest degree. The staff here understood I did not want it jacked up improperly, or handled like a normal vehicle so they went out of there way to ensure I over saw the process and they took great care of me. It’s truly awesome to be able to trust a place and the workers who listen to your concerns. Many places damage nice cars when they toss them on the lift especially when they sit low. They for sure won my business today.

Had problems with auto tire and was referred by a family member to plaza tire . Took car in for lifetime alignment which at 149 is a deal. Terry gave me a ride home and picked me up when work was done . Plus got a 10 off coupon. Terry was very professional and honest . Always super friendly and my number one choice. The guys give great car advice and have fair prices. They also are very speedy! All times I’ve been in there it’s been either right at an hour or under, no matter how busy! Truly appreciate their work and genuine attention to detail. :)

While the gentleman at the counter was very kind, their one hour guarantee was not accurate. I arrived at 8:45 AM and closed the deal by 9 AM. He said he would have my car in by 9:30 and I would be out the door by 1030. I asked if my vehicle was about done at 10:48 AM. I let him know that I had to be at work at 11:30 AM and that I needed to leave in the next 10 minutes. My car was then out to me within five minutes.

Tried to buy tires from another tire company. And they failed to call me back twice . So I came back again and ordered tires made a appointment and they didnt have my tires. So wasted half a day.all they had to do was call me and say hey its going to be two more days they had my number but no courtesy my time didnt seem to matter. So I called Plaza Tire off 55 and Richardson Road mind you by now its 100 pm Monday and asked them if they had all terrain tires in stock .And if they would be able to install them before they close today. The sales man on the phone said yes we have lots of tires and would be able to have them installed same day. So all I can say is thank you Plazza Tire for coming through for me . No run around very professionall good price. So if you need tires no hassle they will get er done. Thank you Plazza Tire

2nd visit. Bought 4 new tires 2 weeks ago from different Plaza tire in different city. Today one blew out on highway. The guys here made sure I had the service plan on them and changed it out even though they were extremely busy. I had an event and it was ready for me as soon as I finished. They were great.Manager answered all questions and was extremely helpful.

I was pretty much a mess after I got a huge gash in my tire on the highway. AAA got me someone to put on my spare and I drove to Plaza tire. I was pretty much a mess because I was late getting to St. Louis. Whoever I talk to was waiting for me when I got there. Then when I called back they knew me by name. They even waited for me to get there even though I was there 20 minutes after closing. I was extremely upset that I had to get four new tires because of one little gash but I understand now why I had to. Excellent service!

I went in for a tire repair, Mick was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will definitely be going back for a set when the time comes.

I specifically made an appointment due to a recent surgery and needing to wait for my vehicle. Its funny the sign outside says 4 tires in one hour guaranteed, but I just needed an oil change and tire rotation (smart driver package) and waited 2 hours for that.

Terry and Mick always take care of my vehicle issues quickly and in a highly professional manner. I’ve been taking all of my cars there for the last 7 or 8 years. They are great guys to work with. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I will never spend another dime here. Wish I never went here to begin with. They broke stuff and then forced it on MY dime and took zero accountability! Then to top it off, the car wouldn’t start once I picked it up. Sadly I recommend that my boyfriend take the car here for tire maintenance and I feel like a complete fool for it now. Have gone here for years and never had an experience like this one. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Great experience! We needed tires and an oil change on the same day. The manager said he could get it done. We dropped it off at 3 pm and it was done by 4 pm. Extremely nice guys working the front desks. Good customer service and saved more money here then at Dobbs. We will be back again!

Everyone was very nice and I was in and out in about one hour even though they were swamped.

I had a last minute hiccup today with my brakes while working. They were grinding metal to metal it sounded like ...so I drove into plaza in Arnold -and the guys greeted me with a smile. Believe me when I say it was a relief because I was stressed because it’s a Monday and I figured I would be walking home....They quickly got my car into a brake inspection, and quickly came up with a very reasonable estimate. First off I waited over 3 hours to have them quote me 2k in things I needed to fix. I watched 7 people walk in after me (no appointment) and leave before me. I needed rear brake pads and that was it. I changed them myself and checked all the struts, all the rotors and they were fine. On top of everything they told me I needed to flush everything. I told him I just had all of that serviced at the dealership. He said oh well Ill take that off. At the same time an employee was asking the front sales person if he could go home early. This is unacceptable. When I confronted him about how long it took he told me someone misplaced my keys.... are you kidding me. I checked back after an hour and then again at 2 hours. How do you misplace a customers keys? Youre a professional, you do this for a living. Take some pride in what you do. And quit trying to charge people for things they dont need or want.

This was my first visit to a Plaza Tire Service store. I came in for a new set of Michelin Defender tires for my 2018 Honda CR-V. The whole process took just under an hour and this was on a Saturday morning. Very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this store for new tires.

Desperately needed air in tires and the gas stations was not working. We saw a sign saying free air at Plaza Tire, went there they not only gave us air one of the employees came out in the freezing cold to help us. What a nice guy, great service.
