My niece didnt receive the flowers.

Saturday morning I walked in and tried to buy some mini flowers and was ignored by the same lady 3 times. She wasn’t doing anything other than tying some balloon strings and I was the only person there so I knew it was intentional. Seems like she didn’t want to do any work to me. Other than that it was a nice little florist shop with lots of neat things. Disappointed I ended up not buying the flowers because I was ignored.

Very unhappy with the arrangement I ordered. I showed a picture of what I wanted and specified that I wanted it to be brightly colored. I got to the store to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready so I had to drive home and come back which would have been fine had my arrangement been WORTH the extra trip. Don’t get me wrong, the florists themselves were very kind and I understood that they would not be there when I came to pick up the arrangmenr. However, had it been ready on time in the first place I would have been able to have them fix it but I still ended up paying for this because I had to have it for work tomorrow morning. The flowers were dull and wilted and looked more like a funeral arrangement rather than what I had asked for. I held Dierberg’s to a higher standard than this but I will not be returning to their floral dept. I was also frustrated with having to wait 20 minutes to pick it up when I originally got there only to find out it wasn’t even ready. I hate to give this poor review but for what I paid I feel I should have gotten something WAY nicer than what I received. Just simply disappointed in the work, not the service of the very kind employees.

I ordered a casket cover for my husbands funeral in red white and blue for his military service. I paid $500.00 for it .When I arrived at the funeral home the flowers were dark red orange yellow and a mix of different flowers which looked horrible on his blue casket. It was too late to change them. It made a very difficult day much worse and I will never use them ever ever again !!🤗😥😥😫😫😫
