The ladies here are always helpful, and they usually have a pretty wide selection of beauty items and can answer questions about in stock items over the phone. However with COVID-19, their stock has been more limited which is totally understandable. Masks are appreciated as the door says clearly.

Had a great experience with a lovely lady named Trish. She listened to me, helped me find the best products to cover up gray and also introduced me to a new product to help tone down the red undertones of my hair. She was very professional, and she knows her stuff. Plus, i got out of the store with only spending $10. Tris is an asset to the Sally Beauty Supply company. If you go into the Arnold location, ask for Trish.

I have been coming here for years and the location in south county. Huge difference in both locations. I have spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars here and they have the nerve to have people hover over you as if you are going to steal. I have no need to steal and am tired of the store owner allowing her employees to do this. There is a constant turnover of employees there so I’m sure that tells you something is not working properly. All I know is I will not purchase another thing here because the service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
