He’s going to inform you of your options and explain real valuable benefits for you to consider. He makes the experience too easy. I hope this company realizes how good they got it with this manager, because other companies would pick him up instantly!!

We are moving in from out of town. Needed a bed delivered on our day of closing. Called the local store, they had exactly what I wanted and got it set up for delivery on the afternoon of closing, which was in less than a week. Easy peasy. Other stores were a month or more out on delivery.

Ted from the Arnold, MO location was wonderful to work with. He not only was accommodating to help us find a mattress that was currently in stock but was super outgoing and friendly. We needed a firm mattress as I have lower back issues that have also made my hips hurt. We purchased and brought home our new PressureSmart mattress last night and I slept like a baby and woke up with zero lower back pain. I havent woke up without lower back pain in over 3 years and with my last mattress would have to roll out of the bed in tears most often from such extreme pain but not this morning thanks to Mattress Firm. Prayerfully tonight will be another well rested nights sleep with zero pain tomorrow morning.

I literally NEVER leave reviews but Ted Knatcal(the store manager of the Arnold location I visited) was absolutely amazing. He immediately helped me find what I was looking for, he didn’t try to over sell me on something I didn’t want(which most salesman do for their own benefit) but he was great about just getting me what I truly wanted and what was in my price range. He even went above & beyond and got me a ridiculously great deal! Definitely referring anyone I know that needs a mattress to come visit him here.

We had a great experience shopping at the Arnold store. What I like the best was that Teddy was not one of those pushy salesman. He patiently waited for us to try every mattress and gave us inf on each one of them and answered all of our questions . Very knowledgeable person and most of all very pleasant and easy going. He made the difference from us just going in to see what they had to buying a mattress right on the spot.

Any sale you see online, bring it directly to the store! We bought a mattress set online when there was a sale and the delivery date eta was a week later. Then it was extended another week and weeks. We finally called our local store to check on status and talked to Ted. He helped us find a better mattress and took care of all the details with delivery 48 hours later!!! Lesson learned, just walk in. Thanks Ted!

Dealt with Keith recently and he hands down was one of the nicest salesmen I have ever came across. Very knowledgeable about the products and non aggressive.
