This is one the busiest location. It is also one the oldest in the area.As on this post, it has not received the interior update that everyone hates.Due to the local traffic getting in and out can be hard. The parking lot is extremely small.On my visit the store was dirty, but they seemed like they did not have enough staff. The person who did my check out was extremely nice.

Only 1 stall for each restroom. Not the best option for a road trip, but otherwise... typical great qt quality.

Busy place, if u need restroom facilities....suggest another place...worst restroom ever. Not cleaned in months??

The employees insist that you were a mask, but when I asked why they aren’t wearing one the answer seems to be “oh he just got in from outside Shoveling the sidewalk. So he is not required to wear a mask.” That sure doesn’t make a lot of sense for the rest of us, regardless of sidewalk shoveling activities, this does not prevent the spread of any viral infection. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET THE MOLD BEHIND THE HOT BEVERAGE MACHINES CLEANED. SURPRISED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS NOT ALL OVER THIS.THE NOZZLES AND ALL NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED MORE OFTEN.TAKE CLEANLINESS ADVICE FROM THE HERKY STORE. THEY LOOK GREAT!

A manager is someone who is put above others because they know how to handle situations, work harder and to take care of customers. I did not ask Kristen the manager to be rude to me, rude to you’re employees and to the people behind me. You get paid better because you work more efficiently, act like it.

Don’t be rude to a long time customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Empty shelves. Half the drink cooler shelves are empty. Store looks dirty. Just pass this location on by.

Normal QT of snacks and drinks, but the reason for 1 ☆ is only one bathroom!!! Also there is a school near by so lots of kids gather around the 3-4pm time.Remodel and make more bathrooms!!! No one ever dare say a word about not allowed to use other gender bathroom.

I love the kitchens at qt! The donuts and other food items are fresh. This location in particular has some bad seeds when it comes to employees. Ive had a few experiences with crabby cashiers. The store is always clean and the items I need are stocked well.

Staff are always very welcoming with a friendly smile and Hi. Makes me feel good just to walk in the door, like they really are glad to see me.

Maintained poorly. Staff slow to respond especially considering every other QT I go to is the opposite. 5 pumps not working for several days. When informing cashier of issue with pump was told too bad, must be you. Hows that for customer service.

Where the hell is my cheese for this pretzel dog. Really? Its not even half full.Best QT is on Hawkins. This one is too crowded.

Went into the QT today at 6.30 pm...the mens room was filthy. There was excrement on the floor and on the toilet...there was also toilet tissue and paper towels strewn around...i told the clerk on duty about the mess. He looked up from his phone long enough to shrug his shoulders and go back to texting. As I left he was visibly mocking me.

Always clean, quick check out, fresh taste sandwiches, a great selection of soda and most of all, the best Coffee selections. Frappe, Cappe, and regulaer Joe. Extras in creamers and flavot additions. I love the lids. I guess you could say Im a fan of coffee and will drive out of my way for it. Thanks for not ruining one of my lifes pleasures. It seems when I find something I like, it gets changed or they stop making it. Or the classic, we dont have a distributor that carries it anymore. You make me smile. =). My kids love your snacks and your Slurpiies/smoothies.

Came in last night around 11:30 and the woman working had a horrible attitude. Rude, unfriendly and apparently had an issue with 2 friends paying separately for their munchies.
