I couldn’t say enough great things about this place. I’ve been coming here for years for everything occasion. Prom, Pageant, homecoming or just going out dresses they have it all. The owners are an amazing mother daughter duo that really go above and beyond to make you feel special.The shopping experience is so convenient. They have them organized by size and color. Whatever you pull they have an empty rack you can place them on so you don’t have to be holding 4 heavy gowns trying to shop. They will zip and lace up all the dresses for you or clip them up if it’s too big so you can really see how they would look. It’s also great they let you know all the other colors and what sizes it comes in and are more than happy to order it from you.I’m so glad a found a place that has such good quality gowns you don’t get the cheap mass produced from China gowns that are at Macy’s to Windsor. I will continue to come here and could not recommend this place enough. I love being able to support a local family business.

I went to the store today and found the perfect dress. They had a lot of options and colors to pick from. They were very friendly and greeted us when we walked in. The dressing rooms were very nice and it wasn’t very busy. I overall had a very good experience and would come back.

If youre a person of color, this is really not the place for you. I was with my mom looking for bridesmaids dresses. They did the bare minimum of greeting us when we come in, but essentially left us to figure it out while they attended heavily to their white customers.We found some dresses we liked & I went to go try them on. One particular dress had a top that could be tied in a multitude of ways & thats when they decide to come over & help. They were literally undressing me IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE STORE to show all the ways the top could be adjusted. It was absolutely humiliating & unprofessional to not offer privacy & just assume I was okay with exposing my upper body like that. & after that embarrassment, they gave us no further attention as we were not as important as their white customers, who they offered privacy to by meeting them at their dressing roomsWe decided upon three dresses & my mom spent time deciding who would wear what dress, calling to check sizes of the bridesmaids. We were getting up to go the the cash register, which is by the door, & they panicked & forced us to stop & hang the dresses on a rack as if we were going to steal them...Trying our best to move past this, my mom had questions about the dresses before we we through finalizing the purchase. The lady was being completely unhelpful, talking fast, & talking over us as if we were just the most inconvenience to her. Meanwhile I look over & see they let their white customers leave the store wearing their UNPAID dresses to take pictures in the sun....we left.My mom has been very adamant about supporting smaller businesses on her wedding journey, but this is just not it. Its very clear who they want to get their money from & I dont recommend the trouble of putting this place on the list if youre a POC. It was such a disappointing experience.

This shop is in a word, AWESOME!We have purchased two beautiful dresses there. However, the whole experience from the time we stepped into the door until we left was wonderful. Everyone was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. We had a vision of what my daughter has wanted and each time was made a beautiful reality. The selection is incredible and you can tell they enjoy helping you find that one dress that makes you feel beautiful. I came in on February 2nd looking for a red prom dress for a prom I have coming up in April of 2021. The worker did not help me at all. Was helping others in the store. I found one dress to try on and then I showed the worker a dress I was kinda looking for on a website and she straight up said what size and I told her between a 14 or 16 depending on the material of the dress. And she said why don’t I buy the dress I’m showing her off the website. I said no I’d like to try dresses on to know for sure the exact size I need. And I asked if I could try on the dress I found and she said we really don’t let anyone try on dress unless they’re really buying the dress because we try to have the dress stay knew. I straight off the bat was offended because I toke it as she was calling me fat. And I didn’t know Ben try the dress on and I left. I will never go back or recommend that store to anyone.

Not only did we find the perfect Mother of the Bride dress for my mom, but Asmaa literally saved my wedding dress after another alterations shop said that nothing could be done to make my dress fit. This place is amazing! My daughter and I had Gone to several other places looking for a prom dress. We finally found Artizta in Arnold. We purchased her dress and a week later prom was canceled due to Covid. During the Covid lockdown my dtr lost 50lbs.. needless to say the dress didn’t fit. The ladies at Artizta made sure my daughter had the best fit in her most favorite gown for her Senior Prom this year. I went to Artiza with my sister to help find her a homecoming dress. The help she got was really great. They have so many options as well and some really cute shoes and jewelry you can pair with your dress. We felt bad because we went in 5 minutes to close but they didn’t mind at all. We have purchased our dress here for a second year in a row now and I can honestly say that we have never had a better experience!!

After multiple calls and a text regarding some kind of order which was not mine I informed the staff that they had the wrong number. Staff proceeded to be extremely rude and send me another text. After calling them frustrated I told them to stop contacting my number in which the girl who answered proceeded to call me a “dickhead” and hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional way to handle either a customer or staff mistake.

I will never shop anywhere else for a formal dress again! Asmaa, the owner, is an absolute gem!! She’s kind and so so knowledgeable. I had a last minute wedding dress emergency and she helped me just EIGHT days before my wedding, when numerous other businesses turned me down. I called her in tears and she literally said she’d work on it until midnight if she had to to squeeze it in to make sure my dress fit. She saved my wedding. I came from out of town for a family wedding. While in St. Louis I decided to look for a prom dress to wear. I got to the store and they immediately welcomed me in and very accommodating to the desire of what I was looking for in a dress. Within 30 min I found the perfect dress that I loved so much, and am now wearing it for the wedding I came in town to attend. In one day the owner fitted and altered the dress so I could wear it to the wedding and is now ready for my junior prom. I plan on coming to visit family next fall and going to buy my senior prom dress at Artizita. Service was unbelievable

My youngest brother asked me to be his Best Woman at his wedding. When he told me he was getting married we only had a few months to plan. His color was a turquoise/blue/jade-ish color and kinda difficult to figure out exactly what it was. I went to several stores where the employees were just trying to throw me in any dress to make a sale..well I decided to check out what Artizta had and immediately found my dress..it was the exact color. I was thrilled because I was afraid Id have to settle with an off color. Asmaa was amazing. She helped me try on a few other dresses just to give me options. With each dress, she showed me ways she could alter them to make them fit just right.Ultimately it came down to the first dress. It was too perfect. She had to do some alterations and went over a couple different options. Whatever she was going to do I knew she would make it beautiful. I could tell she really does have a passion for fashion and has a creative eye. The dress turned out beautiful and I felt like a million bucks standing next to my brother on his special day. Everybody complimented the dress and of course I told them where I got it and how great of an experience I had. I cant thank Asmaa and Yasmin enough. Last year I needed a prom dress, in that exact day I got an amazing dress with alterations, earrings, and heels at 1 store. There the kindest people you’ll ever meet and will make sure you find the perfect dress. Now i’m an ambassador and so excited to promote such an amazing store! We can’t even return the dress for store credit !!!! Now that the school cancelled the prom due to the virus I thought at least the store can do is understand what the situation is and let us return the dress we never got a chance to wear for store credit that we can use in the future. The dress cost us almost $700. It is difficult for some families to save this money to buy a dress for their daughter’s prom.

After going to about every prom store in the area, Artizta was hands down the best store. From the selection, to the customer service, it is unmatched. We have been to at least 10 other stores and felt like we looked at the same style dress at every single store til we walked in ARTIZTA. We found the perfect dress and the daughter of the owner was so helpful and sweet. This place will always be our go-to place for prom!

This was our first PROM experience. My daughter and I had shopped several other places; nothing compared to Artizta. The dress selection and the staff were amazing! They made my daughter feel comfortable and beautiful. There was no pressure to buy a dress only to feel special. The customer service after the purchase with alternations was also seamless. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received. My daughter will walk into her prom next week feeling confident and beautiful; I attribute a lot of that to the ladies at Artizta. Let me start by saying i have been to almost every prom store in Missouri, i even drove to Chicago to a big boutique and NOTHING beats the service and selection here. The mother and daughter who runs this shop are beautiful inside and out. I had told them about some of my experiences while trying to find my daughter a winter formal dress. They were both patient and helpful. The store is huge, the layout is very shopping friendly. Everything is in size order. They helped my daughter pick out the perfect Terani Couture gown. I am telling you, make the drive and come to Artizta! They have EVERYTHING for everyone in all price ranges as well. Definitely will be making a trip back for Prom.

Great selection, Awesome Service! This store was recommended to us by a friend. The owner and sales associate that helped us were super friendly, so helpful - giving input, but zero pressure. Sooo many dresses to try on. Many options to buy and take with you or they can order for you as well. Also ensure that no other girl at your prom will have the same dress in any color from their store. They will do the alterations in house as well! Great selection of shoes and jewelry - one stop shopping! And they offer a discount on the accessories when you buy your dress from them!
