NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING!Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!Brought an electrical product to Pro desk and it scanned incorrectly. They tried to charge me for a more expensive Item. Ive been in the electrical business for 20 yrs. I know what I grabbed. Clerk starts arguing with me. Saying, it is what it is. You could look at it and see it wasnt, but she kept arguing. After getting 2 others which included management. Finally after 45 minutes of explaining what I had taken off their shelf and even taking them to where I pulled it off the shelf, the other 2 saw it wasnt the more expensive item.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Professional in every aspect. Vicky was prompt, knowledgeable, quick witted and even helped me load. The only thing that wasnt positive is that she was not the least bit phased when I attempted to get my order free of charge using Jedi mind tricks! Not the average ones either. I used the full tilt red hot maximum level 10 reserved for ultra grand master Jedis only!! She didnt even flinch. Oh well, she did help me load!

Everyone mopes around because they hate working at the home depot. Finding help is slightly better than at lowes. Nobody has any construction knowledge or job training here. Luckily for me i know what im looking for and what to do. Normally i have to teach a young kid something at the store.

Needed a deadbolt lock double key and key to other locks in the house. They were quick and I had no issues installing it everything works.
