I was browsing the beauty department on 10/7 when I overheard a conversation between an elderly customer, and the beauty associate(Megan). She helped the customer find her whole list of products and gave her great recommendations while chatting, laughing, and getting to know her. It was refreshing to see a young woman take such pride in their job and care for their customers.

Because the people are nice and easy pickup. Walmart machines dont work and neither does the screen to see where you package is when it doesnt show up wont shop there any more

Great products and prices. Staff extremely nice and helpful. I was at the checkout and unsure about how to use my birthday reward and also the 5% normally received with purchase. I had to ask so many questions. The person working, named Alisa, was so nice and professional. She smiled and helped me to complete my purchase. She was great!

Friendly workers and my order was ready within minutes. The worker lifted it into the back of my car and was very polite.

Clean, well organized and has literally everything you could need. No congestion in store which is especially important during these times. I am always in and out no problem. I also appreciate the we lit parking lots.

I absolutely love this Target. Its the closest one to where I live. The store is well organized and has a lot of great products. The red card is a great thing to have since it gives you 5% off of everything. You can either get it as a credit card or a debit card which is nice. Also their mobile app is a great tool to have for more savings. They have mobile offers that you can add for additional savings. The store is well kept and always is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The store was clean, The associates were helpful and friendly. The check-out associates were kind and friendly, and professional. The check-out lane moved fast without any problems.

Giving 4 stars because only because the Arnold location is always out of stock or doesn’t even stock half of the available items. I always have to drive even further to another location. But the pick up process it amazing and fast!

I just love the variety at Target, their clothing lines are perfect for me, from swimming suits to winter coats.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a Target. The manager Beth the as very unhelpful. The store had incorrect signage and they wouldn’t honor it.

Pick up was very quick and easy. During these times when we need to be extra careful, I really appreciate being able to not leave my car to pick up items I need from Target.

I’m a regular at all the Targets, but this is now my FAVORITE Target for one specific reason: Kent. Luckily today during the time I was there they weren’t too busy and I got a chance to chat with Kent as he rang me out. He started the conversation because the numerous canvases I was buying that were on clearance, and I got some really great stories from a very interesting man! It was not fast it was not speedy but he handled my purchases with care and respect. Plus his character and personality made it time well spent! If you stop here, I hope you are lucky enough to have Kent ringing up your purchases! People make the difference with any retail experiance and that was apparent today with Kent!

The pickup was so fast and easy even on Christmas Eve. There was no line and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! The staff was very friendly and helpful even to each other! I love that the pickup location is very conveniently located at the very front of the store!

I had a friendly CS girl named Breanna Harrison at the Vogel store in Arnold. She took the time to give me the isle my product was.

It was seamless, I could not find the item I was looking for when going to different stores, so i did the order online, and found that the items were at the store close to me, and it was ready within the hour. Very customer friendly.

Got everything I needed and checked out quickly and safely. Well marked check out that was clean and organized.

We are here multiple times per week. They have kept everything so clean throughout the pandemic. However, I just wish they were better stocked. This was an issue even before the pandemic began.

I called to ask if an item was in stock because Im coming from far away and the app isnt always accurate. I was told it was in stock but when I asked if they could hold it, they said they dont do that. I arrived, couldnt find the item, and went to customer service and asked. They said they wouldnt have any in back but I saw the item behind the counter. I asked if I could buy the one behind the counter and I was told, Thats on hold for someone. I reminded them I just called and was told they didnt do that and the response I got was, Well we dont, its first come first serve, a worker just made a mistake and we told her afterward.Ok so I got there first, why cant I purchase the item and you can disappoint the person who WASNT first? Sounds like they need better training and better customer service. Im sure the item was being held for an employee anyway.

We just recently moved to the area, and wow what wonderful customer service we have encountered here. Mike was so helpful to my daughters with their purchases and made sure everything was great for them. I have been in many Targets throughout the years, but this one has blown me away so far when it comes to customer service. Keep doing what you are doing.

Nice prices and even nicer staff. When i went there recently they were short staffed. Even though they were short staffed i still got quality service with a smile. My only disappointment with this stores that it didnt smell lie popcorn like i am used to with Target stores. Also ha a funny experience with another customer. I really prefer Target to Wal-mart and will keep shopping there as long as the staff are friendly and helpful!

Love, this Arnold, Missouri, Target. More often than not we have Jacquie (not sure of her name spelling, tried to read her nametag last minute) as our cashier. She is awesome. Efficient and friendly! Shes friendly even right before Target is going to close for the evening. We always run late, but Jacquie maintains her pleasant, friendly personality! Shes a keeper! This Target store is always clean and well stocked too!

The target location is clean and well maintained. I can always find what I need quickly. If assistance is needed the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Its conveniently located and lots of parking spaces! The remodel looks like it will really improve the atmosphere.

The Arnold Target is my favorite! They always have everything I need that I can’t find anywhere else and the workers are so nice as well as the Starbucks staff. The girl who works there, with the light red hair, usually she is in the self check out is so nice and welcoming every time I stop in.

Things were good, Till I went to do my survey online from my receipt and it would not work. I called customer service and wanted to talk to them about it and they were rude and left me on hold for 10 mins. I have my phone records and want someone to call me back about this. The main customer service line was horrible.

They were very helpful and informative. Everyone involved made curbside pickup very easy and convenient.

I love Target and can always find what I need (or want) there.

I used the Order Pickup service for the first time to purchase household cleaning products. I was notified via email that my order was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. In store pick up was smooth. I would use this service again.

If I could give this place no stars I would! After reading what I just read about this store manager & how they didnt help a mother & an innocent 2 year old boy jump start their car & told this mother that if any of their employees went outside to help her they would lose their job. I promise I will blast this all over social media & even report it to the news. That is beyond unfair to that woman and her child when all she needed was help then the lady threatened to call the police and have her escorted off the property and then charged is unbelievable! People here need to re-evaluate themselves and stop being disrespectful. Again if this gets deleted I will post again and keep posting til this a message is relayed and something is done about it!

The customer service meanager went above and beyond for me, even though the issue was my fault to begin with (I had a family emergency and couldn’t pick up my online order on time). They even gave me a $10 gift card for my troubles. Get home, and I have a $13 gift card in my email. Highly impressed with the customer service.

Website may be better than the physical retail experience. Many may differ with my opinion. Saturday night shopping is usually a solitary envevor; not at this Target. The aisles were full leading up to Black Friday. Seemed like everyone in the toy section was on their phone trying to KO holiday shopping. I was able to get nieces shopped for without breaking the bank and checkout was quick. Starbucks never disappoints.

Arnold TARGET is my FAVORITE store!!! They have great products at a reasonable price. They always have great deals on top of their cartwheel app u save even more. AWESOME staff, they are all very nice and very helpful!!

Ease and reliability of curbside pickup

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 4 years and have found them to go above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. Once, they went out of their way to find a coupon that saved me $20.00 off my prescription without me even asking and lately, they have had to follow up with insurance per-authorizations. Each time, the service has been seamless - I didnt have to do anything special - just pick up the prescription when they called to let me know it had been handled.Even when im there just to shop - they always call me by name and make sure to say hello. This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used and the level of service and professionalism is the reason I will continue to use Target pharmacy.

I ordered a picture frame online and when sent to my work it was a shot glass shadow box frame instead, looks like online shipped the wrong item to me. I called up to Target on Vogel two different times for this online purchase and spoke to both the male managers and they helped me work out the issue. I came to the store to return the item and was suppose to ask for the manager, like I did, but your CS worker, Michael, went out of his way and jumped right on my situation. He looked up the item on my charge and we got it returned and Katherine also came up to help as well. I was going to reorder the frame but instead it was in the store in the back and Katherine jumped right on running back to go get it for me. I worked retail for 10 years and these people were great to help me out and went out of their way for sure. Thank you for taking care of me when really it was the online systems fault! Target store you did a great jump to make me a happy customer! I cant thank you on how much your Customer Service Team did and mangers as well!!!

Dont order online to pick up at store, they made my son pay for our order a 2nd time because of technical problems with online ordering

I wanted a large ice water. I have NEVER been charged for an ice water but I ALWAYS buy something with it because that’s polite. I brought a snack to the register. After standing there for a few minutes no one acknowledged me. Then the manager came over and took my order. I said, I want this bar and a large iced water.” She said, “ we ask that you use the small cups and water over there.” “I know I’ll pay for a cup so I can walk around the store.” She said “ the cup costs us money, I said, I’ll pay for it.” She said no. So I set my stuff down and walked away. How stupid and poor customer service is this. I was going to give them my money, and buy something in addition to the water just in case they weren’t going to charge me to be polite. Terrible business.
