They have some cute stuff. Prices are often right up there with getting it brand new in the store on sale for stores such as loft. It would also be really nice if the girls at the desk could greet guests as they enter or when they come up to pay. I shouldn’t have to wait for you to get off your phone and say hello to get your attention. That’s your job.

Nice items but their prices are extremely high. I saw several items I wanted to buy but I put them all back on the shelf because the prices were way over priced. If they bring down the prices, I would definitely shop there. Right now, its a no for me unfortunately.

Fantastic selection and interesting business model

Stumbled upon this while visiting the area on February 29. Didn’t get in there till 4 but thought I had plenty of time considering they didn’t close until 5. I work at a consignment shop in Orlando and was excited to see a lot of very nice brands. I ended up trying on about 30 - 40 items feeling like I hit the jackpot. The store employee at the door was cool at best when I entered the store meaning not very welcoming. At 4:50 she announced “we close at 5 ladies” and I hadn’t even begun to try on yet. She never offered to help. She was well aware of the potential of the sale. I was sympathetic to the fact that it’s Saturday and she wanted to go home but still felt like I wasn’t appreciated as a customer, not accommodating in the least. My friend hung up everything I didn’t purchase to help speed up the process. She came in to the dressing room and asked if she could start ringing up the sale. I hurried myself to get dressed and by the time I got to the cash register she was finished. The total of my sale was over $300. I’m happy with my purchase but so unhappy with the customer service. This “sales”lady did not SELL me a thing. Note to the owner.. you may want to have a store meeting. Loved your store. Didn’t get to explore the whole place. Not sure I’ll be back though.

Had what I needed at a fair price!

Went into the home decor section and brought a friend today who had never been. After a few minutes an employee came in and greeted me by saying “how are you” all while staring me down....felt judged because of what I was wearing was dressed comfortably and very casual. While we were by the exit but not yet leaving she said goodbye while staring at her computer with her back to us...not welcoming to say the least but gave me a good laugh for trying to pretend she cared! I won’t be back...FYI millionaires where T-shirt’s and shorts!

Hopefully Ill have better luck next time. Higher quality goods, some designer and decent prices, some tagged 50% off. But despite trying on a dozen things I couldnt find a thing worth buying. Maybe just not for me.

I took many summer clothes to the shop. All were in style, some still had purchase tags on them and had never been worn, less than a year old. Out of 20 items Honeysuckle accepted only 5. She said they were out of style. Things they did not accept were a bolero black summer sweater that would be nice for a sleeveless summer dress in the evening, summer jackets, a summer shawl, a summer light weight sweater with flowers on it, summer capris, a really nice maxi summer dress, beautiful summer tops, bermudas, and much much more. All the clothes were like new, clean and ironed. If you want to sell good clothes, do not go to this consignment shop. It is very frustrating to pay a fee to them and then they refuse most of your clothes. As I browsed through the store there were clothes there not as nice as I brought in. I even saw a pair of dirty white pants. So I guess it is who you know. The clothes that they did not want were readily accepted by another shop after I left there. In fact a customer in that shop saw what I brought in and asked to buy the bolero sweater before the clerk even priced it. She also bought the flower sweater. I don’t want to have to travel to two shops so I am not going to use Honeysuckle anymore. Their loss.

Great selection, good prices!

Honeysuckle Consignment is a wonderful place. This time I did not find anything. Maybe next time the selections will be more inviting.

Honest, great resale, caring owner & staff, nice environment, well organized and displayed items w designer & gown, childrens sections. $5 yearly fee. Youll always get your $$s for items sold. Housewares expansion w fine furniture, art and rugs.
