Out of multiple flavors advertised on website. Bored and disinterested teenager at drive through. We went to culivers instead you should too.

Waited in line for 20 min and then was told they are doing ice cream today!!!!!!! What a joke.

Ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my daughter and the writing was horrible on it. Could hardly read it and I dont even think it was spelt right. Will never order again.

Whatever you do, do not go to the Baskin Robins in Arnold. They completely messed up our order which was only two items. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee and my boyfriend ordered a cone with two scoops. They did not listen well when we were ordering and before handing our stuff out the window they looked to be talking as if they knew they messed up. My coffee was pumpkin spice and his icecream was melted and they didnt even put the icecream in the cone.So if youre expecting icecream that taste good and looks how its supposed to then do not go there.

Their food is good but their service is lacking. They are often out of what I want to order. The drive-through line is incredibly long and the wait inside is just as bad

We left without having ice cream. Waited over 10 minutes and were never waited on. I guess they were short handed, but we were the only ones in the restaurant and the girls were focused on drive thru customers.

Out of flavors too expensive for what you DONT get its a joke by any Baskin Robbins standards. Id be embarrassed if I was corporate

Apparently they close at 10 instead of the posted 11 so dont get your hopes up at 10:10 thinking youre about to get a banana split because youre not

Baskin Robbins is the best, most recommended ice cream shop ever. If your stressing out, the ice cream is kind of like a stress reliever. Perfect to have on a hot day. Keeps the kids occupied. Very cheap for the best ice cream in history.

I probably wouldnt go back to this location. The dining area was a mess smashed food all over the floor and in front of the trash can. And why are the napkins, straws and, condiments sitting on top of the trash can? Kinda gross! The ice cream was great but what happened to the waffle cones? They were paper thin and falling apart. What is going on in the world today? No one takes pride in their place of employment especially the younger generation. So sad.

It was the perfect treat

Ice cream was frozen, thawed, then frozen again. A lot of ice crystals and a bit of refrigerator flavor.

Out of cones. Out of chocolate cones. Out of waffle cones. Out of waffle bowls. Out of bananas. Store had almost nothing to offer. The icing on the cake is they over charged my daughter by $11. Buyer beware here with the geniuses behind the counter flipping their hair over the ice cream. Not sure who manages this store but they arent doing their job.

Great food and connected to baskin robins

Service was great but the ice cream was melting in their case. Some was so melted that you couldnt purchase it. Not sure if they were having an issue with the coolant system. Shop and tables were very clean, but trash cans were overflowing.

Within the last 6 months Ive stopped here to get something before the website and Google advertise that they are closed, yet they tell me they are closed when I pull up to the box. This has happened to me at least 3 times and its been about an hour before they close?

Not sure what is going on but customer service and quality are both down. Ordered a chocolate shake it was the thinnest shake honestly chocolate milk. Ordered my husband and son chocolate chip cookie dough shakes. Apparently got 2 chocolate chip shakes. We will make the drive to South County from now on. Atleast the $20 for 3 shakes will be correctly made. Sucks because this is much closer.

The service was good, very sweet. But they didnt seem to have a lot of selection like the other stores Ive been too. The place didnt look the cleanest either.

The customer service is great, I gave it 3 stars because the restrooms hygiene needs more attention

They are often understaffed. Prepare to wait. Like most products these days, they now use corn syrup.

Theis place is dark and poorly lit. Wasnt even sure if it was open. Finally went inside and they couldnt care less about the lights....or getting my order right.

Ordered chil burger. Burger was so dry and the one table spoon of chil for 11.99 Rip Off.

We asked for a prepacked quart of ice cream and they didnt have any prepacked so we said that handpacked was fine not knowing that its two dollars more so we say fine and take it anyway. So when we get home we open it and first of all the whole outside of the container is covered in melted ice cream and we look inside and its only three quarters of the way filled so we paid two dollars more fore less ice cream just because they dont have any prepacked. Also we went through the drive thru and they didnt even have a list of the flavors available. So we picked one that we remembered they had from the last time we went. So I dont plan on returning anytime soon for over priced mediocre ice cream.
