The staff at Southwestern Hearing Center Arnold is world class. I am on my second set of hearing aids. Everything is always about me whenever I visit the center. The staff explains everything in great detail so that you can understand it. Questions are always welcome so that when you leave your visit you feel so comfortable. I am such a fan of southwestern Hearing .. we went to the Arnold location and Christopher James made my husband and myself feel so comfortable and welcome . He explained everything to us as we went along and answered all of our questions repeatedly . He was so patient and very knowledgeable .
