This is how all businesses should operate. Wish a higher score could be provided. Curious, honest and reasonably priced. I discovered them last year and have not once been disappointed. Came in on the 17th for a repair that was expected to take a week. I inquired about a used riding mower while there. Later that day a used mower came into them to sell and was called immediately. When I came the next day to pick it up, the push mower was repaired, one day! Mike and his son could teach a class on customer service and operating a small business!

Sooooo helpful!!! They are genuine and honest! They don’t try to upsell you products or services that you don’t need. They give great advice & allow me to try & fix whatever my problem is. If it’s too big of an issue, or needs special tools, they will give me all of the details. Great guys and great service! I tell all of my friends to visit these guys for any lawn equipment needs! Fair prices & quick turn around time on repairs! Can’t beat that!!

Love this place! Helped me find the correct wheels for an old rear driven Toro. Ended up buying a 2nd mower, a used Craftsman self driven mower and it may as well be brand new! Great customer service, great knowledge, great help. I doubt I will ever actually buy anything new again.Helped me load the mower into my car and even took my old mower off my hands at no extra cost.I already am a repeat customer and will continue to do business with these guys.

We took our lawn mower to Cdm because it appeared to be leaking oil. The gentleman who helped us, came out and looked at it and told us it wasn’t oil, but transmission fluid. He answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and we would definitely recommend using them to anyone needing lawn equipment repairs!

I have been going to CDM for many years. I love this place! They are very helpful. If it can be fixed, they will. If it is not worth fixing, they will tell you. Great people. Cant say enough.

I highly recommend CDM. Fair price and great customer service! I purchased a regular push mower. Got it home and had second thoughts about a self propelled. A few days later I went back to see what could be worked out. They offer full credit minus five dollars! For personal reasons I kept the regular mower. I need the exercise and its like doing physical therapy. Will be back there soon to get a weed eater. They now have another dictated customer.

This place is AWESOME! Used to go to the Ace Hardware in Arnold for all my machine repairs (blower, weedeater, etc), so was a little bummed when they told me they no longer offer repair services. However, they put me in touch with CDM and they earned my business for good. My Husqvarna blower recently started acting up and I couldnt figure it out. They took care of it and couldnt have been more pleased with the rates. They are very up front with what to expect and let me know that my Ryobi probably wouldnt be worth the cost in parts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Keep in mind good shops like this are usually pretty busy.
