The manager, Steven is amazing. I was dealing with an issue and tried calling the customer service number several times and they were very unhelpful. After going into the office, Steven was able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes and was very professional while doing so. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and I am glad I chose to store at this location.

I highly recommend renting from this storage facility. YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY TO THE GATE AND TAKE EVERYTHING LITERALLY. This is second climate controlled storage unit and so far no complaints so far got a 10×15 plenty of room for everything from my semi spartan 2 bedroom apt. 5 stars for now...stay tuned to see if billing and promotion is what they say I wont know until first bill comes.

This is the best storage company I have ever rented from. It is so clean and the staff is wonderful. They walked me through everything including showing me my unit and putting the lock I purchased on my door. The security is amazing and it is so nice to have a temperature and humidity controlled unit, my belongings will be preserved. I am a woman and I was so happy to see there were carts to transport my unit, its so nice having everything indoors. This is the place to rent a storage unit and it is easy.

I would most definitely recommend this facility. Very professional, very clean and very helpful with arranging space. I was unsure of how much space I would need when our household effects arrived. The staff set me up quickly and if I need additional space, a much larger unit would be made available. Accessibility for tenants is very easy yet very secure.

They were easy to work with -- very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility is super clean -- we did not think twice about storing our upholstered furniture and similar items there. Ive rented storage units elsewhere and the prices here were the most competitive. Highly recommend!

Brethren, let me tell you. ezStorage is the bee’s knees of self storage. I walk in there and they treat me like a king. It’s air conditioned 24/7, always clean, smells good in a weird way, and the workers are all absolute homies. For sure the best self storage in the Arnold/Maryland/United States/World. Definitely would recommend.

EZStorage in Arnold was always clean and the staff were 1st rate. Everyone was helpful and getting in an out was never a problem. The prices were very reasonable and the storage unit was in top condition. I never had any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a little extra space.

Hubby and I rented a unit here and are very pleased with everything. The facility is very secure and all the paperwork was explained to us in detail. They showed us how to open the gate and the doors when the office is not open. Explained policies in an easy to understand way. No complaints here, highly recommend!

Super friendly and helpful people on staff here. It’s run by a cute couple who helped me with everything I could ask for. They even checked on me when I got stuck at the gate! Additionally, Jennifer helped me save some money by recommending that I check out a smaller unit than the one I originally planned to use. Turned out it was a perfect fit. And the facility itself is squeaky clean. Not even a spot on the windows. It’s nice to find a business run by real, down to earth people who care more about customer satisfaction than making an extra buck or two.

My wife Kari and I have used this facility for the past couple of months and it is very clean and easy to access the units. The climate controlled environment makes it very comfortable to get your items in and out of the unit. Additionally, when I called to ask about the process of closing the unit Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the process and very nice! We will definitely be using this facility again should we need storage in the future!!

Horrible policies, do not use. Dont believe the 5 star reviews, the location gives you gift cards for 5 star reviews. Cut our lock off without being in arrears on payment for the unit after auto billing us for the full month. We went there to put stuff in the unit, but the lock was changed. They indicated they cut the lock off vacant units at months end as a courtesy to customers. Then why did I get auto billed for that month and why didnxt anyone call to confirm? Some courtesy. AND, the unit ISNT empty. I was still consciously paying per month to keep a unit to move things in and out over the remainder of the year...Highway robbery and a bunch of thieves. They wont mind selling your unit to someone else and still auto billing you for it. Be careful...
