I love this location of the UPS store. A small local business franchise that is a great community asset. The owner and staff are always helpful and friendly, even helping us bring in heavy boxes!The addition of the amazon returns is convenient, but has caused some extraordinary lines of late but that is to be expected given the current world-wide situation and huge amount of online shopping we are all doing. Not their fault, I have seen them processing as quickly as possible and doing the best they can.I for one am grateful to have this convenient small business in my community.

I had Dan pack a coffee table and other Christmas gifts on Friday for delivery to Michigan. I had emailed ahead of time to make sure they could do it and get a rough idea of the cost. Dan quickly answered my email. On Friday I was told it would arrive by Wednesday, but it made it there in perfect condition early on Monday! The cost was right on what Dan quoted me. Kudos both to the Arnold UPS Store and UPS in general on their rapid and professional service for my package.While waiting for the box to be packed I was able to watch others receive help shipping packages, copying items, sending a fax, notarizing a legal document, and get a passport photo, all rapidly and at very reasonable prices. The staff is very professional and efficient. Many customers were greeted by name; obviously they do a high volume of repeat business. That as much as anything is a strong recommendation for the store--if the staff knows your name because you keep coming back you must be getting good service. I will definitely be going back.

Owner Dan was the rudest ever! He told me he would charge me to pack a return with Amazon as this is untrue and hateful!!!!!! Will report to UPS & Amazon he stated he doesn’t work for free -

I want to puT Mitchell in for a special commendation, being profession, extremely capable, obviously liking his job. We had a problem with a delivery, honoring his promise, called me back within ten minutes. This old school customer service is fading slowly in the rear-view mirror, and I really appreciated his sense of duty.

UPS let me down. I went to the Arnold MD UPS Store on a Friday morning to send a perishable item to my Mom in NY. I paid 72$ to have it delivered by 12:30pm the next day but it didn’t arrive until Monday afternoon.I reached out to Dan the store manager to ask for a refund since UPS did not deliver it on time and I offered to pay for 3 day delivery since that it what I received. He was polite and professional in his response as he explained that neither he nor UPS will offer any recourse.I wish I had been warned when I dropped off the package that UPS is not guaranteeing any time frames during COVID and that nothing is delivered for UPS on a Sunday. It’s extremely disappointing to pay that much money and not have a company stand by its service.

The Bay Hills UPS is beyond the best! I use to use 2 different locations for convenience but I now use ONLY this store. My trip today I had not even gotten my 2 boxes out of the car yet before 2 employees were at my car asking if I needed help and carrying my boxes in for me. They were already labeled so I did not even have to go in!! Win win! My last trip there was an extremely polite and helpful employee assisting me with my shipment. The 2 UPS stores that I use to use were closer to my work and I used them for convenience. I never had these types of experiences as those stores. I use to actually joke that I HATED going bc they were so rude. Not at this location. I now will only use them and I highly recommend the BAY HILLS UPS location to everyone. Thank you to the gentlemen today. I appreciate your assistance.

I give them one star only because it made me add at least one in order to give a review. I needed to have copies of personal documents made and certified to be true copies of the documents that were copied. Moreover, it needed to be a notary that provided the certification on the copies. This place claims to have Notaries and that they will perform the duties of a Notary. However when I went there, they refused to sign the copies of my documents, that they had just made (thus certifying that they were actual copies of the documents made by them on their photocopier. The manager came running out form the back and stopped the person assisting me and announced that UPS does not allow them to make such certifications any more. When I asked the person to work with me to find language that would be acceptable, he said that they will only witness other peoples signatures. That is it. He was rude and dismissive. He basically told me to get out because he had other customers to help. Then they failed to give me back all of my documents which I didnt notice until I got back to my office and prepared to go to FEDEX for their assistance. I know that this is a franchise, so I dont think that UPS as a company is bad. But if I can avoid ever going to this place, I will drive many extra miles. The people that worked there were nice with the exception of the Manager Man.

They took my package and repacked it without explaining that theres a $26 charge to do so. And when I asked about the charge, one of the employees berated me in front of the other customers in the store. Humiliating. Ill never go there again.

I’ve been here twice and have had wonderful experiences both times! The gentleman who runs the place is SO sweet and patient. Even during the holidays he was just as nice as ever. They are very willing to help and get you what you need and nothing more. Will always go here for my UPS needs. They know how to treat people and run a business

I received professional, timely, and quality service from Dan, the Owner of the Arnold location, during my most recent visit to the store. I am completely amazed by the excellent customer service that I received. I would like to commend Dan and his entire staff for a job well done. I highly recommend the UPS store in Arnold, MD. This was one of my best customer service experiences, and I plan to use this store location to meet all of my shipping needs.

They lost my parcel, last status was that it was dropped off at the store. Since I had selected the option to let UPS package the item for me the contents were visible and I guess someone decided to keep it.

I came here with an item that needed to be returned. I said to DAN at the counter, I need a box and a bag for these...I have the shipping label. He told told me yes, then took the box away to return with a sealed package.I asked about the bag...the store does not have protective bags!! Liar? Instead of selling me a shipping box, he charged me extra for packaging and peanuts, which I DID NOT NEED AND NEVER ASKED FOR. I did not expect the swindle, and asked for him to return my item to me.He proceeded to tell me that the box was his, and refused to give it back. What is a sixteen year old girl supposed to do in this situation? I was bullied into paying for something I should not have...I asked to speak with the owner. Guess what? DAN IS THE OWNER. DAN HAS THE OPTION TO OFFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT CHOOSES NOT TO. I HAVE LIVED IN THE BAY HILLS AREA FOR TEN YEARS. THIS GUY SUCKS. I asked about the corporate office, and then he said YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE, YOU CALL THEM, THIS BOX IS MINE.This is no longer my UPS location.

This store is great, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful!Im guessing Lauren doesnt ship much - boxes arent free unless you use the expedited (overnight) services provided by UPS themselves. If you dont have a box, you either purchase one or you recycle one. But to say the owner is swindling you because you dont want to pay for a product is false!Ive never had any type of bad customer service here, but any store can definitely get bad customers! I feel bad when people who are clearly wrong try to blame it on someone else :(

My only guess is that Lauren and A Google User are misinformed. Dan and his team are the nicest, most knowledgeable team Ive ever seen at any UPS/FEDEX/USPS store. Of course he has to make a profit, hes not running a charity. Ill happily pay more for a superior level of service. Some people will just never be happy...so they write about it online.Ignore the idiots and go to this store. Other stores are closer, but I drive out of my way to go there, simply because they make the process easier; every single time.

I had 3 pages printed out from an email. Im a truck driver, so Ive had this done many times all over the country. The price has always been 75 cents for the electronic access and 20 cents per page to print. Totalling $1.35This store charges $3.95 just for turning on their computer, on top of the normal 20 cents per page.They are very friendly and smile the whole time they are gouging your wallet! If they cheat you over this, who knows what else they overcharge customers for??? I highly recommend calling other places for your shipping and printing needs, before settling for highway robbery!Im disgusted and offended by businesses like this, that put the dollar before ethics!

Go there is you love being price gouged. I was charged over $20 for a box and bubble wrap. I sent carburetors from Maryland to South Carolina and after all said and done it cost me $58, I couldve used USPS and got it dont for less than half.

This store is managed by one of the nicest men ever He takes the time to get to know his customers and really takes the extra step to make sure each person feels important
