Great prices with a lot of choices. The staff was very pleasant. This was my first time here.

Absolute garbage I will not be back. They screwed me over the last 3 times I went in to sell clothes and didn’t even look at 5 of my bins. Then they donated a whole tote of my clothes they weren’t supposed to and all I got was oh sorry. Terrible employees I will go to Kirkwood from now on.

I really like this store. I came here to buy clothes for my baby that is due in September. They had a great sale going on at the time, so we ended up with a ton of new looking clothes. I love how they make sure everything they sell is in good condition and safe. We came in again to buy pjs and a bouncer for her. Today my husband sold some of our son’s clothes he had grown out of. They seemed to offer a fair price for it.

I dropped off 3 bags today at once upon a child. The employee who helped sign me in was very helpful and told me it would take about 30 minutes. They quoted me $67 for the items they wanted to purchase from me, and were able to donate the rest of the items for me that they werent able to buy. Very convenient and easy way to get cash for my unused items!

Went in today to drop off some baby clothes and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The wait time was only about 30 minutes, so I shopped while I waited. I was even able to use the $10 off of $50 coupon that they give you just for dropping your items off! Using that coupon and using the money from my items to go towards what I was buying, I ended up walking away only spending a few dollars of my own money. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs childrens items at a reduced price or to anyone who needs to get rid of their childrens stuff.

I’ve been a stay at home mom since August. We’ve had to change our lifestyle a little bit to accommodate the income change. I shop here for both of my girls and I never walk out empty handed. My girls stay in name brand clothing and I never go over budget and can walk away with multiple bags of clothing. Plus with their rewards and sales, it doesn’t get much better. Definitely recommend!

I brought 2 bags full of designer clothes, but they would not accept anything but 2 cheap iron on decal sweatshirts. The rest was returned because they were wrinkled. I will go to the one in Kirkwood. They have lost my business and all over WRINKLED DESIGNER CLOTHES.

Friendly staff and got plenty of clothes for a fair price for my 18 month old.

There is a huge selection of baby and toddler clothes here. It is floor to ceiling clothing along with other baby/infant/toddler clothing/toys and accessories. Was able to find great deals on clothing that looks like its not been worn at all.

I didnt know what to expect when I went in for the first time and now I love going to see what new clothes and shoes they have. The prices are great! The clothes are in very good shape and priced really well too! The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly!

I have sold and purchased many items at this location. The store is always clean and organized, the staff is always friendly, and overall believe the prices of buying/selling items is fair.

This is clean and well organized but it’s really understaffed it’s it just not run very efficiently. The last three times I’ve gone to trade in I’ve had to leave bc it took too long for them to check my stuff in. The last time I waited 45 min and It wasn’t even busy. I ended up leaving bc I didn’t want to spend an hour waiting with a 10 month old. Also the selection for his age range is really starting to lack. Don’t think this will be my go to anymore.

I have spoke with the new owners as they were getting this store ready for business. They were super nice, and are eager to open on 1/15. I look forward to having a new Once Upon a Child back in the neighborhood.

I met the owners of this store and it seems like they have been working hard to make the store the best it can be! I cant wait to see it all come together!

Clean store and friendly staff. Only complaint is that I have brought in many boxes of clean, folded clothing. When they go through the clothing they throw all the ones they arent buying back crumpled up in the box. Now I have to go fold them all back up again..

Had a chance to meet the owners and they seem like great people. I have two young kids so theyll get a lot of business from me!

Very prejudice they didn’t even look at my items to sell every worker in the store was racist ! I’ll shop they again horrible place of business .

This place is a joke first off we brought in four bags of almost brand new clothes and they took about an eighth of it gave rest of it back. Was our first time I dont recommend anybody going there
