I always find, looking for car parts to be intimidating. What do I need, do I have the right part, is this going to work? The people who work here know what they are doing. They know where to look for information, and they give me the the best ideas for what I need. I have and will goto the carquest here over all other places.

They helped me Look at a part i couldnt see or google so i could fix my truck.. The Red head RACER girl was very cool and got me in and out like i treat my customers at MINERS SLO👍👍👊❤❤

Attendant didnt seem to want to help us. I know I didnt have all the information I needed, would of felt more welcomed if he hadnt seem to want us to go way until instead of just telling me to come back when I knew what we needed.

So my mechanic had car quest pick up and drop off a part to be made with instructions to pick up repaired part and return it to my mechanic same day and they agreed 2 days later no part talk about dropping the ball part was ready 1hr after it was dropped off and 2 days later they still have not picked up the part vary disappointed and have not bin able to work for two days because of it thanks a lot car quest

The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. I recently purchased a used car that had a 1.5 year old car quest “gold” battery installed. The car began having starting issues so I brought the battery in to be tested. They told me the test took an hour to do and they would call me when done with results. 6 hours later, I call and they tell me the battery is bad and needs to be replaced. They then inform me the 3 year warranty doesn’t apply because I wasn’t the original purchaser. Even though the battery was less than 2 years old. What a scam
