Could not get same day...was disappointed

The owner was very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the different mattresses too. Not pushy and made things very pleasant. We highly recommend trying the Mattress Outlet for your mattress needs.

This place is great. I bought a mattress for my daughter, the experience and price was superior to anything I experienced at other furniture stores. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and didnt pressure or do the bait and switch low price craziness Ive experienced elsewhere. Went back today 2 years later to get a new mattress for my son, same great service and price. -Happy Customer!

Great prices and great sales people. Our house burned down in Paradise and we relocated to Arroyo Grande. Brandy was a great sales person and got us great mattresses for our new house.

My mother went on vacation and stayed at a hotel. She had to leave early because the place had bed bug. She tryed not to bring them home but those bugs will hide anywhere. So I ended up having to through out my mattress. And I could not find a replacement for 4 mouths I need a mattress with in $200-$300. All the ones I found where crappy and really bad quality. But at mattress outlet I found a cheap really high quality mattress. And the serves was really great most place win I told them I need something cheap they would ignore me. But at mattress outlet the serves was great and win I told them I couldnt afford the delivery. One of there guys though the mattress in the back of his truck and talk it to my house.

We ordered a mattress & bed frame and paid in full up front,probably the first mistake. We were told it would be 3-4 weeks before delivery. Ok, that was reasonable, after several calls and personal visits to the store, and now 8 WEEKS later,still no bed, or phone call from them. Very very unhappy with the service.

Staff is very helpful. But the owner is not. Hes not even friendly
