This place provided amazing service. We needed our car set up to be towed behind our RV. The provided a prompt quote, got us scheduled, and then took all the time necessary to get it dialed in and made sure we were comfortable with the system. It works great and were fully confident on the road.Though, I would have preferred if all the staff wore masks (most didnt), especially inside.

I own Maez Junk Removal & Hauling, the last thing I want to do is give a negative or one star review but I was extremely disappointed today.I went into heacock trailers to get a price on one of their dump trailers, took them 10 minutes to tell me “they will get a salesman named Matt” to give me a price.Once, I was introduced to Matt, he didn’t shake my hand or even professionally introduce himself. Once Matt did “introduce himself”He immediately looked at his phone and ignored me for 5 minutes.That is when I decided to walk away.Very rude and unprofessional service.That is coming from someone who is a local business owner.I will now take my business elsewhere as I was very disappointed.

Matt is a stand up guy. He likes what he does and hes good at it. He knows what hes talking about and is super reasonable with his pricing. Highly recommend.

Had a blown tire damage my trailer wiring while on a road trip to the central coast. I stopped in to Heacock even though they advised they were pretty booked up that day. It was an hour before closing but Matt was able to diagnose and repair the damage within an hour. Very grateful for the knowledgeable staff and quick repairs.

The folks at Heacocks Trailers are awesome. Matt is super knowledgeable and has been in the business his whole life. They can handle everything from trailers sales and service, hitches, wiring and vehicle accessories. Going anywhere else would be a mistake.

Friendly when you purchase a truck rack. But rude not helpful when you have questions about the the assembly.I called and told them who I was and the guy hung up so I called back right away and a women answered who wasnt very helpful at all and said her employee was busy so I left a number and they never called back to help. Wish we never would have bought from this place. Terrible service I do not recommend.
