Competent and friendly owner -- he drove to Santa Maria to get a replacement part for me instead of waiting for it to ship.

Joe ripped me off! After charging $25.00 to diagnose my camcorder, he agreed to repair the camcorder for $150.00 minus the $25.00. He said it would be ready on the following Monday. I returned that Monday and he wasnt there. I went in on Tuesday, (as he never returned any of my calls) and he said the part hadnt come in and to come in next Wednesday. I returned a week later and he told me a 3rd time it would be ready on Friday, April 20. I called to see if it was ready and he didnt pick up. So I drove down again for a 4th time and he said the part had not come in. I requested my unfixed camcorder back and the $ but he would not return the deposit. I do NOT RECOMMEND this person unless like taking chances that what you agree upon will not be honored by the owner!

Went in to get a full system, dude was too busy talking to his buddy. he then asked me what i was looking for . i start talking he cuts me off mid sentence to continue his conversation. after his friend leaves he talks to me doesnt give me jack for information then cuts me off again to handle something in the. ack n says ill be out in a minute. i just left. maybe you should treat your customers as if theyre paying your bills. horrible service
