Asking for paper cash-only is operating in the Stone age. A debit card serves the exact same purchase option. I have never seen this before from a major name brand.The gas buddy app shows a cash price and a credit price only, nothing to assume debit cards are different in 99% of USA gas stations from cash. Horrible ! Dont go Here!!!!I always get my gas at this station.for over 43 years!!! Never Again!I paid by Shell card. 7-30-21 $60.00 worth of gas.The pump said EO1 see cashier.Never seen that before .I went inside.The cashier dude with a attitude!!!He was rude didn’t want to be bothered to work…and was just standing there. No one else in the store.I told him what pump and needed my receipt.He would not give me my receipt, after several times asking him I need it for my records…he finally hands me some one else’s receipt. Wrong amount, wrong pump… I asked again for MY receipt he said… he can’t…Find it. Said he didn’t have $60.00 on the pump… I said look again I am parked right there! What was he trying to do????I asked to see the Manager or the owners as I’m a long time local and know them.He still would not give me my receipt.He finally handed me my receipt..andI walked out to my car.He came outside and yelled at me across the gas station lot!!!!He Actually came outside and yelled “Hey Karen you must be on the rag!!!!” You having a bad day Karen!!!his friend was hanging out side with him started in too!!!I asked his name… (I took a picture of both of them just in case my card statement is wrong.)he asked why “Karen” and said to stick it up my …!!!!Seriously!!! Why would you hire this guy for customer service????Karma…it’s coming for him and it’s not going to be kind!!!Owners of this station….Seriously????

The customer that expected a discounted car wash for 20.00 or 5.6 gallons failed to read the signs as I spoke to her, this is that 1 customer that expects something free or discounted for a minimal purchase. Ryan does not discriminate against any customer nor do any other salespeople at this location. Please dont be like this customer and read the signs all is clearly posted. Hope to see you soon

Hardy the mechanic is awesome. Fair and reasonable. We were in town with coolant leak and misfire. He diagnosed the issues and completed repairs at an excellent price.

Was in at shell gas station in Arroyo Grande at 222 Grand ave.saturday at 3:26pm.Employee there Ryan. 😥 in no where do you see any sign any where the amount of gas you need to get to get the discount on the gas. so been there so many times before.Bbefore.But this time this employee said oh no you need to put a current amount of gas to get the discount ..hummmI asked for $20 dollars of gas..!!!what the hell.and I just felt really discriminated.sad

I go to this station almost every week, and use the car wash. I have been going to this station for over 20 years, using our Shell Crédit card. Today, I could not see the screen to purchasea car wash. When I went inside to pay for a car wash, I was asked for my ID, but since the Shell card I carry has my husbands name on it, he would not let me pay for an $8.50 with the same card I just filled my tank with. REALLY? The attendent looked me like I was a criminal...I am a.lifetime local,and almost 60 years old.
