Pricey and poor quality!10 oz.. for $7 ?? barely filled my cup.Yogurt was runny and visually unappealing.This place needs a facelift and huge improvement all around.It looks dirty old, and dated.Hope owners and management get the picture, however I wont be coming back to see it.Lots of better shops and of greater value and service.

Not worth it! Almost $10 for the small size. Its not difficult to make it home for from grocery store brand and similar toppings, but oeople dont think! It also was not that good. Yet it seems to be quite popular with people

Ants on the walls and near all the machines. Only 4 flavors to choose from. The chocolate syrup dispenser was broken so they had a shared syrup bottle and no sprinkles! No chocolate or rainbow sprinkles. Staff was underwhelming. Won’t go back:/

I recently worked at Yogurt Creations, Arroyo Grande. I quit in January. In my time there I wasn’t getting paid the full amount I was owed. Several checks of mine bounced and my most recent one didn’t show up. The owner has lied to all the employees about when the money would show up and as of right now they (the owner) are not responding to our texts or calls. There are plenty of other yogurt stores that have much better yogurt, so please do not support this business. If you decided to go in, please consider tipping the workers as they might not be getting paid either.

Ever since they were bought out by another company they haven’t been the same. There yogurt was terrible, and the toppings just disappeared. It’s safe to say I will never be going there ever again. I strongly recommend not going to this place.

Hi! So I used to work here but the owner isn’t paying his employees who are college students. This has been going on since October of last year. I’ve since quit but I still haven’t been paid. No matter how much I text and call, I never get a response. He has lied to us about what is going on and refused to give us any details or truth. Please don’t support this business, if you happen to go in, think about tipping since sometimes that’s all we get.

Great time with the kids.

Very disappointed today. Small kids were in the store grabbing topping with their hands. Not sanitary at all. Also there were not many choices for ice cream.

Delicious froyo but my little brother was sad because no gummy worms were available.

Expensive ($14 for 2 yogurts) and this visit only had fruit flavors. I have been coming here for over 10 years and they use to always have a couple flavors not fruit related (other than vanilla/chocolate). Hopefully they can bring other flavors back.

The staff did take a long time to let me try a flavor. One staff completely ignored me. The yogurt was great and the prices are okay. Just wish for better costumer service.

Great selections of flavors and toppings. 49 cents an oz. Great place for family and kids. Low fat no sugar and gluten free offerings.

I used to really like the place, but a few of the staff are still really nice. Sometimes the place is well kept, but in the past it was always on point. Not sure what happened, but menchies is almost like the Wonka factory.

Froyo was good customer service was terrible. I was with my family and we were totally ignored until we were paying.

Do yourself a favor. Do not go to yogurt creations. Go to Menchies, or Pismo yogurt. Horrible customer service. Got there at 9:30PM and they shut all the machines off which made the yogurt super slurpy and not edible. They had old blackberries and strawberries that had Nats flying around them. And they were just to much in a hurry to close the store early, even though their were still people coming and going out of the store. The two woman working were rude and looked like they hated their job. When I walked in they were already counting the register till, and rolled their eyes back because I walked in. I hope this place gets better employees or service. Or they just need to put another menchies in that location. Poorly ran

My favorite is the Mango Tango Sorbet topped with mango slices and mango boba! Also, its a local business only on the central coast so they really listen to their customers :)
