Incredibly slow, there are seven people in each of the 2 lanes open and those arent moving much at all. Get more help.

Easy in and out. Store was clean. Staff was awesome. Good selection and prices.

Even during Black Friday this store was well organized and tidy. I easily found everything I was looking for.

It is a nice alternative to the Wal-Mart down the street. Kmart doesnt have the staff or the inventory that Wal-Mart has. In fact every time I go in there I think that they must be on the brink of going out of business. Ill see a lot of voids on the shelves where inventory used to be. But the staff, although overworked, keeps me coming back. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Kmart is never really busy so you can breeze through the checkout with your purchases. Some items will be cheaper than their competitor, most only a dollar or so higher. SEASONAL items are almost always better and less expensive there.

Was handy for a quick stop for some beach towels we forgot to being on our vacation, had a nice deal on water shoes too.

It is sad to see a great store going down, I try to shop at Kmart and chance I get.

God Bless Kmart!I love these guys. They really do have products that are a slightly better quality than Walmart. The location is older and so people dont think about going there like Walmart. I try to make it a point to go there first. I am NEVER disappointed! Aside from the older look of the place, they have a lot of great product and the people there are helpful. If I were a rich investor I would partner with these guys to do mass remodels and put new attitude out there for the business. I really encourage you to go here next time you want any toys, clothing, pharmacy, or bedding. give them a try.

I love Kmart! Especially their rewards program! Sometimes Id rather go to Kmart versus Walmart because of the rewards!

Could not find the items in the ad, employees very helpful but it was evident that the store manager needed help in layouts and product placement advice. Some items in storeroom and not enough staff to help those needing to buy them. It seemed all employees had assignments to complete before end of shift that had no positive effect on customer service. The staff at service desk, and assistant managers where very kind and helpful in spite of burdens placed on them by store manager. Store seems to be under budgeted and very old. Since they removed the pizza and remodeled it seems to have gone downhill. Sad to see cashiers working hard to be kind while angry customers yell at them be a use they had to wait in line for 20 minutes due to staffing shortages.

Kmart, OK store, always feel like they are closing up shop....

Customer service stunk! 2 cashiers, 20 people in line and the associates working in other dept like jewelry and electronics were non existent and the one that I did see walked right past me with one of her buddies and looked right at me and kept going...not even a...have you been helped yet?maybe if I had been a minority she would have paid attention to me.

Customer service is absolutely awful at this particular store. While browsing in the electronics department, several employees walked right by me and wouldnt even give me the time of day. The cashier was unfriendly and inattentive as I had to ask for my receipt while they already started helping the person behind me.

Its a toss up, hopefully someone in management reads this post.1. Your staff, where the hell are they? I pass the health care department and it turns into a ghost town. If Im seeking an employee for more than five minutes youre understaffed the fact I have to look for five minutes it the blistering heat (Ill get to that in a minute) means Im going to Wal mart down the street.2. Why in the hell is the heater on during the summer especially during the day?3. You need to change at the store level, you need to change or hire new blood in order to change your appearance of your stores presence to the people who are shopping here.4. Because your stock price is slipping and stores are closing. Its not due to the economy anymore now its due to your companies idea of how to run their company!

Too expensive on groceries. Kinda junky.

Some of their prices are expensive and need a better selection of plus sizes and their electriconic section is very very very limited. No computers, DVDs, stereos etc.

The line was crazy long, associates allowed people to cut in front when everyone else had been waiting, the person who helped me never told me my total and then set my receipt down and started doing something else. It was incredibly rude and the store wasnt even that busy.

Less people then Wal-Mart. But the store is closing, so what matter does it make???

Took 30 minutes to return an item. People were cutting and there was no management. Snail slow service.

I used to work here years ago, there was horrible management. Only been in a few times since then and each time the employees get so much worse. The people they hire get more and more with each year. Im really glad they are closing this one.

It is not that expensive, and has good quality products, but the employees are not friendly, you know they try hard to find something, no. They also have a policy of returning products, not good.
