Awesome quality nursery plants and decor pieces. LOVE all the cement statuary and pots by Athens Stone Casting. Just came down from Los Osos and loaded my truck again. Thanks to the ladies in nursery especially Anna for jumping in and helping load up 4 carts. (Request please; get some different pedestals to put the statue pieces and pots up on to.) Youve gotta check them out, a good range of pricing and different sizes from small bird baths to huge Roman urns! Amazing. Keep up the great buying! See some of our haul in posted pictures ;o)

I love this store; besides the hardware things they have the best garden shop. So many beautiful healthy plants and plenty of garden art and tools. The home store has the cutest things and gifts for every occasion.

I love this store! The staff is helpful ! I have many favorite things about Arroyo Grande Home and Garden, but the large garden and outdoor living center is AMAZING. Love that many of the plants and items are from local growers and vendors. Shopping local and supporting local business is more important than ever! The selection of patio furniture and outdoor décor is fantastic. The gift and homewares department is something you need to see! I can buy a gift for any occasion and ALWAYS find something for me.

What a wonderful time we had at the one year anniversary celebration. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we feel so lucky to have them in our neighborhood! Their coupon saved me $25 which helped me complete my garden project. Have you seen the Vintage truck in the garden center? It reminds us all that building roots begins with a simple seed... and a lot of care!

I was very happy to see this store revitalize the old K-Mart space and open. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Most of my trips are for small items like nails, screws, spackle, seeds, plants, tape, etc. Ive been in the store ~6 times in the past few months, and Ill keep going back!

I purchased a Christmas tree with the promise of a $20 coupon, It was a nice tree, never received the coupon when I asked the staff they knew nothing of the coupon. I decided to buy paint from them, I requested the $31 dollar per gallon paint, when I went to pay the paint rang up for a more, the staff mixed my color in a more expensive product, they had to remix in the product I asked for, while I patiently waited again, Im on my third gallon and they have run out of the proper base - BUT LUCKLY THEY HAVE THE MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT, the 20 something staff explains to me nobody uses that product, SHERWIN WILLIAMS has a FAR SUPERIOR paints for the same cost. Im a general contractor and been in the building trades 45 years and know a thing or two. Draw your conclusions

My favorite place to shop home home and garden items! Ive purchased outdoor furniture, plants and bird seed as well as gifts and holiday decorations. So glad this store is here.

One of my favorite garden centers!

Over the years I’ve learned to trust my first impressions which have been reliable and accurate. I visited this store for the first time this past week and was very pleasantly impressed by its size, quantity, quality and presentation of its stock, prices, staff friendliness (greeted both entering and leaving), helpfulness when it came to assisting with a chainsaw issue and the personalization of the garden section with vintage signs. I will definitely shop here again and often.

Patrick in the paint department made choosing a color a great experience. He was incredibly helpful and patient.

The best customer service!

Really I dont even want to give them a star. The employees are rude and judgemental. They follow me around the store like Im a theif asking me if I need help with something. I have never taken anything in my life and make over 80k a year. Then my friend was in there the other to doing some shopping for her new house because she just received a large inheritance over a million doors. She doesnt dress fancy or anything. Not nice enough for them at least. As she was shopping a employee walked up to her and this is a family owe business and we dont your money. Then jerked the cart out of hands.

I ordered an item after being online where it stated it was not in stock. When I went to pickup the item and presented the coupon from the local paper, they refused to honor saying it didnt qualify because it had to be an instock item. That was not on the coupon. This will be my last visit to this store.

Manager is not nice,Tried and tried again to get a job there but kept denying me a position . Have over 16 years of customer service experience, saying I call too much, a bunch of lies though.Ive not even had the Chance for even one interview yet, sad.

Very new and clean. Lots of great items and BBQs! Paint department rookies arent very good. They couldnt match paint color and still wouldnt give us a refund. Had to go elsewhere to get it matched...

Its brand new so if course its well stocked and clean. HOWEVER! The brands, item variables, and choices in each aisle are broad; the nursery is x bigger than the competition plus the selection covers tiny Lobelia flowers to giant trees and everything in between! Prices are competitive and I believe lower. Finally, a choice in hardware and gardening needs!

Great selection, very clean. The nursery is fantastic! I have been to several in the area lately and this place has the best selection, healthiest plants, and helpful staff. Locally-owned too!

Just got into the new store for the first time yesterday because we live in Los Osos, and all we can say is WOW! Amazing with all the local antique signs, and a big selection of very nice and different items for sale, great employees, and the nursery section is stellar with super nice plants and the AWESOME concrete statuary!
