This is the second time I have recently taken computers to Eclipse for service. One for my work desktop and this time for my personal computer. I am extremely satisfied with both repairs.

They were great fixed the problem in less than an hour. Nobody else could help me. So they saved me a bunch of money.

Went in for a simple screen repair for an iPhone, I was at the time working at the local refinery from 6am-6:30pm, so I dropped my phone off at lunch and asked if there was anyway I could get it at the end of my shift, since they closed at 5 or so, I was told to call around the time I got off and see. When I called they said, my phone had not been repaired even though initially the woman I dropped it off with said it would be done within the hour. They then proceeded to tell me if I waited they could drop it off after they finished the repair. I stayed up til 10pm with no call back. The next day I went and picked my phone up, they asked me to test it out, but I must’ve tapped a wrong number on my passcode because my phone locked for 15mins, so I just left without testing the phone. When I finally unlocked it my home button was no longer functioning normally. It would act as if I was pressing and depressing it quickly and continuously, and then completely stopped working. So I brought it back the next time I had time at lunch and none of the workers could explain what was going on, they all said they were “confused”. Asked if I could leave my phone with them so they could take it apart and see what was going on. So I did, when I came back they said they fixed it, but had not. They asked if I could leave it with them again and i said I’d rather come back another day so I wasn’t out of a phone a whole day. So I came back another time to meet a third worker, presumably the owner/manager and I left the phone with them again. He noted that my phone had been worked on before and that there was damage to the wiring for the home button, but they had replaced the screen again, which fixed nothing. They said they’d replace my home button, but at the time they only had white home buttons and my phone is black so they’d have to order some. They said they’d be in by Friday but their orders usually aren’t delivered til around lunch time so I’d possibly have to wait til Monday. I came in Wednesday the next and spoke with a fourth worker who went in the back to look for my home button, took about 5mins and came back and said they still weren’t in yet and wouldn’t be in til Friday. So I came back again the next week and finally got my button replaced, when they give me my phone back the worker informs me that I’ll never have Touch ID again on my phone, and then turns to her manager and asks, “What are we doing on this(Are we charging him?)” he responds with, “No it’s fine” after thinking about if for a moment. Now every-time I turn my phone on it automatically turns on touch assist. My home button still doesn’t work sometimes, for some reason my screen takes longer to illuminate after it’s been locked/sleep, and one day soon after my screen broke while in my pocket. It only cracked on the bottom of the glass in the black area which is suspiciously close to the home button. Being as this is the only phone repair shop in Artesia I simply went there for the sake of time, but to anybody else, I suggest you go to Carlsbad or Roswell and try your luck it may end up saving you more time in the long run.

He has done a lot of work on 3 commerical sites for me and I have never had an issue since. Been working with him since 2008 and my properties have always had great internet coverage and great speed.

Drove all the way from Carlsbad to Artesia to get a power cord for my computer after speaking to the owner/manager yesterday only to find them closed early. if this is the way you run a business while I dont suggest opening up another location because it wont last.

Awesome bought many items usb hub otg cable & bluetooth mouse #solar powered panel charger combo with flashlight also for my girlfriend sea crest worked great and shiney for her hair I think they also have online streaming for your smart t.v stop in highly recommended

Note 8 screen replacement was pretty pricey, no biggie because they did a good job. Hooooowever when I got my phone back, over the course of 3 days I started noticing the things broken when fixing it. For instance; finger print scanner... deadEvery time I try to plug in my phone I get the your USB port might have water in it. This is just a couple of examples, as well as letting you all know that its been 5 months and they still havent called me back like they were supposed to when the parts come in.

I was hesitant to review this place, because its a small business and I dont want to damage there reputation. However I feel the need to warn others.. I took my Samsung tab in because it wouldnt charge (the back was opened because my husband looked at it prior). I asked if they could let me know before doing any work, how much it would cost, and they agreed and said they would call me in a day or so. 3 days later I called to check the status. 1st he told me that they were waiting on the parts to come in and there was more damage to my tablet then 1st thought. when I told him he was supposed to call before ordering the parts, he said he was mistaken and had not done so yet.. when I called his bs about there being more damage (my husband works on computers all the time and knows what he is doing and that they were incorrect about there being more damage, I was just tying to save my husband the headache) he went off for a min and told me he was mistaken again and was talking about another tab. When asked what was damage he said the charging port and it would cost $150.. I told him, I would come pick up my device because I didnt trust him and had lied 2 times already. I looked up online how much a charging port cost online it was $6.95 and took me 10mins to change myself and was easy to do. I picked up my tablet he was polite but I have no faith in this company prior to other reviews and pls double check what they tell you.. On a positive note they were polite and nice and told my sorry several times, I just have no faith in there work. (Sorry for the book)

Took my phone to get fixed, the screen was broke, they changed my screen and it was doing good for a few days and then out of the blue the screen turned green and it started glitching, a side of my screen is completely black.
