Dunn-Edwards on south street is our local friendly paint shop. Whole team that work there is helpful and professional. Very clean and organized.Sabrina (Hope I am spelling the name right) is the consultant there who will help you find the color you are looking for. You can discuss about your home, your taste and preferences with her and she will explore the paint and color ideas with you. She is very color aware girl. She must be having some art degree or some fashion education to know about colors this much. She is very open to ideas but also very honest with you about the color combinations and palette. Out of courtesy in subtle ways she would hint you if one color doesn’t go well with a set of colors or if something won’t work with your city code. She has prepared a folder in which she has matched the permitted colors from the city to the color that they sell in the store. you can be sure that color approval will not be a problem from the city.Only thing I would like to have in store are some Chairs or benches for people who are waiting. I have seen if there are few people and they are all buying pain it can take a bit for you to get your paint of choice. An arrangement for people sit down would be helpful for elderly for sure.Last but not the least, They will load the paint in your car for you - very helpful staff.. !!

Too fast and excellent wok

I just went in for some samples and two cans of paint and I have to say, I was blown away by the customer service. The lady at the front was super nice and even got me a bunch of free samples. The man that worked there carried my cans to my car for me and it was really hot. What a pleasant experience.Now the tough part.. We are repainting the office :( haha

You have some of the worst paint on the market. Its way too thin. I had to walk off of a job and call it a loss, because my customer had your paint. Please try to improve your product for 2021 !!

Alex Trujillo Assistant Manager complaint! Our company has always bought paint from Dunn Edwards for years! Always had great customer service. Just this once we came to this specific store location. The computer systems were failing so we were patient and cool about it knowing that it can be stressful, which we did not get a receipt for that reason. The thing change when the order was taking forever for a 1 gallon match white color. We saw how other customers were getting their orders when they were after us. We asked what was going on after 40 minute wait! Alex Trujillo was very rude asking about our receipt and payment. We laughed because this was not our fault. They way he acted was rude until we did not let ourselves. He said he was talking to his co worker, but we know that wasnt true. Just heads up. He just needs to know how to ask wisely for stuff and not trip when clearly it was the stores fault.

Staff is so friendly and helpful.

The store didnt have what I needed, but I improvised. I am useless when it comes to handiwork and they guided me in the right direction and gave me just what I needed. Super friendly staffs that will help you find anything even if it isnt in the store. Its a little pricey, but they will be the only place in the area, that has what you are looking for.

As a contractor we are always on the run. The amazing team at the South st. Store are always in the greatest mood and are fast to accommodate our needs. They are simply the best!

Of the many paint stores around town this is the one i prefer for my DIY projects. The staff is super friendly and gave me prices better than the big box hardware store.

Diane Samia is the absolute best! She’s fantastic with color and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. She’s honest with her opinion, which was important to me. Great customer service all the way around.

We came into the store looking for Stain salesperson came to us right away we asked where was the stain and she directed us to it we said Thank you and she went back to her desk upon checking there products we could not find the color were looking for the place seem well organized and help was just a call away I heard theyre paint was very good but it just didnt have the color we need it I was happy with my visit there
