This is the most unprofessional business! The manager is rude and condescending. Seems to be bad business practice to pre approve somebody and have them pay only to have them later wait until info is verified. That should be done before signing the contract. If you are looking to lease anywhere is better than here. All they care about is taking your money no customer service skills at all!

Wish I could rate 0 stars just nowNot very helpful I will never get anything from here again me and my husband went and paid $400 and asked them to.continue our automatic payments so we can pay off early instead they took the money and stopped our payments so we then fell behind and everytime I called and asked them to continue payments on our card they all would tell me.they didnt know how to continue our payments when we pay extra money if they wouldnt have stopped our auto payments then we would have already paid off the amount owed early instead we are stuck paying the interest on our stuffNope NEVER AGAIN.....

Dezi is knowledgeable, nice, shows great guest service, and she followed up to assure I was satisfied.The men that delivers the merchandise are respectful.The manager needs to be replaced he will sell broken items and when you complain he starts crying how he lost money on the items. BEWARE of the store manager he doesnt care about his customer he wants to look good on paper...

Just lost another long time customer. Had issues with payment not decreasing properly. Asst mgr agreed. And says she will have mgr look into it and call me. Never did. Waited and even called back several times just to be brushed off ....really. Now late fees on top of the payoff .....waiting on you guys . What a joke you guys have turned in to. Whats wrong with the mgr that he cant call the customer to let them know how and why there being screwed out of more money. Sad thats how you guys handle business. ......

Went in to make a payment. Took over half hour and still couldnt get computer to work. How to expect people to pay if you cant operate a computer. Waste of time

Delivered a washer and dryer said dryer plug didnt work. If they had actually plugged the dryer in and hooked up the vent hose works just fine
