I went in there today with my four-year-old daughter. She was a typical 4 year old. I was very thankful the employee that day awesome! Her name is Nicole and she sat down on the floor with me and my daughter to help us decide what bright colors we wanted for rainbow hair. THANK YOU NICOLE!!

Worst Sally’s I have ever been too! I called prior to see if they had the lashes I needed. They did the person I spoke to said I can make a phone order and I decided to just pay in store. I forgot my card but had a photo of my card with my id to verify name and this rude employee said they couldn’t do it that way BUT THEY CAN DO PHONE ORDERS! I’ve never seen such laziness in a manager and never have got to a Sally’s and left treated that way. Do not come to this one!

Cannot day enough good things about the new manager there. Her advice and expertise really show when she is helping a customer. I will driver all the way from Parker, co to come here. By the way here is how the hair came out! It’s like Ice queen!!

This is my favorite Sallys location. The girls working here are very helpful and kind especially Bella.

The girls that work there are super sweet!! My only reason for 3 stars is that they are getting rid of a ton of stuff.. I get it it’s a small store but come on.. the girl told me she’d be surprised if they “even carried hair-ties soon” that’s unfortunate.

I went in a few days ago, and there was a VERY bratty worker who wouldnt even get off her phone to answer my question. Because of this I decided not to purchase from her store, she proceeded to FOLLOW ME OUT OF THE STORE accusing me of stealing. I went back the next day, and it was a different lady, who was polar opposite. She helped me and honestly saved my hair. She seemed to genuinely care, which made up for the previous experience. I will return

First off every Sallys carries the same products so I have no problem going to ANY OTHER STORE! I didnt know the store closed at 6 pm on Sundays and came in at 5:50 pm to pick up hair color and developer I reassured them that I would be very quick. The two girls working both asked if I needed anything in an extremely rude tone, and started to rush me when I said I had to pick up a specific color for the girls hair I am coloring. I said I wanted 5rr 6.62(not just picking up a random shade) and the girl rolled her eyes and said ugh we do not carry that color cant you see that since you couldnt find it? Then I found a color that will work and asked if 30 developer would be okay since they didnt carry 32 developer.. simply asking advice from someone who should know what they are doing and she goes I dont know I guess. Shouldnt you have some product knowledge being one of the two girls working?? I had to Google it to make sure, which took longer and I was in the store much longer than either of them wanted me there.. I mean like two minutes longer... but god forbid Im trying to spend money in their store, and get the things I came for! Then while the rude girl was checking me out I asked if I could grab a bottle of color care conditioner and rolled her eyes and said I guess.. so at that point I just decided against the conditioner and paid for the items I came for. As I was leaving I said thanks for letting me grab those things and coming in right before you closed I appreciate it. Have a good night. Didnt even say anything not even goodbye. So all in all I wont be returning to this Sallys and I dont think you should either, unless you want terrible service. Also not very professional to have your neck covered in hickeys at any job, especially one that sells products that would easily cover them up. Been to this Sallys many times before and always had great service but not this time.

I always receive good attention and relevant direction while shopping at this S. B. Store. :-)

I love the staff at this location. They constantly make me laugh and seem to know everything there is to know about hair and beauty supplies. Ive yet to have a question they cant answer.

This store is a JOKE! I tried to stop by on Thursday morning (the store opens at 9) and when I arrived the store was STILL not open. I waited until about 9:45 before I got frustrated and left. I contacted the store manager with my concerns and she was indifferent.. The district manager never returned my phone call. This store does not deserve your business...go elsewhere 🤬

Terrible customer service!My sister in law bought some hair extensions & they were the wrong color. I know it says all sales final, but these were in a sealed package & just wanted to exchange for the right color.The sales lady was very rude & wouldnt even let her finish telling her the situation. She will never return & will tell everyone she knows to shop elsewhere!!!

Drove 30 minutes to see the store had a Gone to lunch sign in the window. Waited 20 and a Gal arrived only to tell me she was still closed to do stuff in the back Won’t be going back. Luckily target next door had what I needed. You would think after being closed for Covid they would want the revenue.

The girl that helped me was great!

Showed up at 6:50 in a Saturday. Sign on door says yeh close at 8. Drove a long way out and the shop was closed.

Watch out for these thieves! All of the smaller Ion color shampoos are priced at $8.29. They charge me $10.99 and said were going to change those. THIEVES!
