I was very pleased with the help I received in my recent visit. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the products and asked many questions about my sleep habits. I felt comfortable and was able to find exactly the perfect mattress.

Went to the Arvada central store and was helped by a wonderful woman. Who was informative patient (as I tried numerous beds). She was outstanding to work with and also was able to give me the perfect delivery date.

Had a wonderful shopping experience, twice. Stopped in first to test a few different beds, salesman Brent was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. What more can you ask? Then, we found a store closer to home to make our purchase and, lo and behold, Brent was there too. We closed the deal with him at that store and are very pleased with our experience overall.

Paul was the associate that assisted us with the purchase of our mattress at 78th location in Arvada. It was great to work with Paul. His knowledge of the product and friendliness was wonderful. Paul is the reason we will make this our store when shopping for mattresses.

He helped us test a couple mattresses that werent on the display floor, and then it took about 4 minutes to pay and arrange delivery for 3 days later (on a Sunday). We were in and out in 20 minutes. My partner and I went into this Mattress Firm location this past weekend looking to replace our old mattress. We tried researching mattresses online and found all the info a bit confusing and overwhelming. We were hoping that by going into a store, we’d get some valuable, honest insight and the new manager, Chris gave us exactly what we needed! Chris greeted us when we walked in and gave us the full mattress shopping experience. He helped clarify all our mattress questions. I was like Goldilocks and the three bears. Checking mattress until I found one comfortable for me, then hubby would confirm. Only bad thing was the one I really liked was one of the expensive ones.
