Absolutely love coming to J&B Shoe repair! He has great repair skills. He has worked on a lot mine and my family’s work for the last 10 years. Does anything from purse repair, sizing shoes, zipper fix, and anything that I need for my boots and high heels. Also he almost charges nothing for all these repairs!High recommended for your shoe repairing :)

This is THE place to have your boots repaired. My wife has been a patron of J&B’s for years and needed heels replaced on her boots. When I picked them up, not only did they replace the heels flawlessly but cleaned, polished and treated the suede. They looked amazing, like new. When she saw them she was so excited. Don’t allow this gentleman to re tread your shoes. I’ve had these boots for four years and never had an issue. I paid him 50 bucks to throw new tread on and they are bald after about 2 months.

Brought in a nylon strap that I wanted a new buckle sewn on. Good price, good workmanship. Cant complain about that at all.It did take a little longer than I expected. Three days for a job which I thought might be done in a few minutes while I waited. Also, I wish the guy had been wearing a mask.

Excellent work on hiking boots, but I did not notice the *No Credit Cards* sign until I came for pick up. He let me take the boots anyway, and I came back a couple hours later to pay cash plus a tip.

Its the best place to take any leather shoe repair its got the old hometown environment and service I cant think of a better place to go and does it extremely well job and I will never go anywhere else its awesome

Does great work, but will ruin your belongings with his heavy cigarette smoke smell. Wife’s boots now reside in the garage, perhaps soon the trash, and our master bedroom smells like an ashtray.

Great shop. I was hoping to add an extra set of eyelets to a pair of hiking boots that were slipping at the heel, and he was able to install the extra grommets and my boots are now perfect.

Before moving to Denver, CO, I usually drop off my quality brand dress shoes (Bruno Magli, Johnston & Murphy, Allen Edmonds, Fendi, Cole Haan) at the shoe repair shop in Austin, TX. Now in Denver, I didnt know where to take it and I accidentally stumbled into Next Door in which people recommended J & B Boot & Shoe Repair. I drove over to see where this shop was located, checked the reviews, and spoke to Jim on the phone. I felt that his rates were reasonable as I felt he was honest. That was important to me. Ive brought in my shoes here for new soles. Just recently I dropped off my 22 year old beat up cowboy boots, he said hed call me when its done. I thought it would take about 30 days, but to my surprise, it was less a week. Thrilled to put on my boots again and it was more comfortable than before. Jim is very friendly compared to other shoe shops, Ill definitely keep J & B for as long as I live!

Took my favorite pair black boots to J & B and was sure they were going to say there was nothing that could be done. However the kind gentlemen assured me they could be repaired.A week later and they were better than new. Took in a pair of boots on a fri evening, just minutes before they closed, to have a zipper put in the length of the shaft, was hoping to wear them To a wedding two days later,, he called me first thing the next morning to tell me that they were ready to be picked up, and he did a beautiful job.

My favorite backpack was falling apart out the bottom. I took the backpack and some extra canvas to J&B Shoe Repair and the next morning picked up the backpack, good as new. So very happy.
