I had a great experience with chef Randall Chambers and staff member Angela from Luxury Meals From Home. I wanted to have an in-home 50th birthday party for my wife with around 32 guests. I worked with Randy on the services and menu and liked his quote so he and Angela provided food and bar tending for my event. The food was fantastic and the bar tending service was great. Quite a few guests complimented me on the catering specifically mentioning the food and the attentive bar tending service. I will use Luxury Meals From Home for my next event!
Chef Randy did an amazing job for my birthday last week. He was a pleasure to work with from our initial planning call to meeting him the day of the event and after the dinner. His Bolivia-inspired meal was fabulous and is was such a treat to not be in the kitchen helping. He brought everything with him, prepared the meal, served the meal, boxed up leftovers and cleaned the kitchen. This was the best birthday gift yet!!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say!!! The tuna steak was by far the best Ive ever had. Randell and Angela are extremely professional and Im never disappointed with their mouth watering meals. Definitely my forever go to! I highly recommend this company and their talented chefs!!!

This is a supreme team of chefs! Randall has cooked mouth-watering meals for my private parties, including a modern twist on a Bolivian classic, empanadas! He stuffed them with delicious yet healthy ingredients, and cooked them in a wood-fired oven for a perfectly browned crust. My guests still talk about this as one of their favorite meals! His creativity in menu design, execution in the kitchen thanks to years of serving as a chef in fine-dining establishments all over Denver, and artistic flair in food presentation are sure to delight your senses.
I fully support anyone who decides to hire Chef Chambers. His understanding of flavor & willingness to invent his own versions of dishes deserves praise. After choosing a South American inspired menu, we were both comforted & surprised by how easy he made our first class evening feel. His Aji Amarillo Crema was a standout. So was the Pickled Jimica, & the steak, the Aji Rojo sirloin steak was beyond belief! and the Roast Tomato Vinaigrette.. I could go on & on. I must say however, the icing on the cake was how favorable his pricing ended up being! Randy Chambers is one of the most professional and prolific chefs Ive had the treat of dining with. His food is very understated and underappreciated in the restaurant industry which makes him a gold medalist in my book for private chefs that havent been discovered. This diamond in the rough draws lots of inspiration from his mothers local cuisine of Bolivia. Quinoa among many other great health foods are incorporated in his cooking without the dishes tasting or feeling like dry flavorless health food. If you love good food from a very soft spoken kind heart, this is your next chef to brag about.
Randall always has a great outlook on life in general. Great professional work ethic and enthusiasum on cuisine and culinary background. Amazing food and mind blowong flavors. A need to have experience.
