The first time I went I got a dozen donuts. You could tell some of them were day-old donuts so that was a disappointment, but those donuts that were fresh were really good.The most recent time we went (a few days ago), all the donuts were good and fresh. But, as we sat there eating our donuts, I realized how absolutely FILTHY this restaurant is. It made me wonder about how sanitary the conditions are where the donuts are actually made. If the presentation to the customer is this poor, behind the scenes must be absolutely awful. Every surface looked like it hadnt been cleaned for several months, if not, longer. For that reason, we wont go back.Ive worked in restaurants. Mop the dang floor. Wipe down the counters and glass. The employees have plenty of downtime after the morning rush. Theres no excuse as to why this place is so dirty.

I bought a dozen donuts from here for the first time today and Im extremely disappointed. They were not fresh. While eating is apple fritter there was a be encrusted in the frosting.

Got a dozen donuts for a group and chose a lot of different types. It was a weekend morning so I was expecting fresh, delicious donuts. The consensus was that while the flavors were decent they were all really dry and overall below average. It was like a whole box of day old donuts. I like to support small businesses, but I honestly wouldnt go back.

A fine place to get some pretty standard donuts. Go early as they seem to sell out quickly if you want to try (mostly gone by 8:40 on a weekday). Some of the donuts came off as overly oily, but some were fine. The marshmallow cream filled one was interesting.For us, it ranks below Winchells which has more generous hours and a fuller selection because of them, but if youre an early riser, this could be a good spot for you.

It is indeed Donut time if you go to Donut Time. I’m a fan of everyone there, especially the owner. Bro makes a world class donut. I’m especially a fan of their old fashioned both because I’m old fashioned and because it has a nice crisp to it.

Have been pretty good since they opened a few years back but lately they have been mediocre. Not sure if there is new ownership but it appears they make all doughnuts the night before now so theyre no longer fresh. The selection has been reduced as well

A relative newcomer to Arvada, Donut Time is a refreshing addition to the local bakery scene. This is a no-frills operation that makes donuts, crullers,fritters and more. They also offer breakfast croissants with either ham or sausage. I drop by a couple times every week for the bkfst sandwiches and fritters (blueberry, apple and pineapple). The first time I went they were completely out of fritters so I suggest not waiting until noon. The prices are righteous- but dont take my word for it. You WILL love it!

Was hesitant to go in - looking at the fairly outdated strip mall that this shop is a part of - but SO glad I did go in. Awesome fresh donuts and coffee, friendly staff and great selection of morning goodness overall. The fritters are an instant favorite, with the cream filled bars a close second 🙌🏻Truly handing out happiness :)

I tried to get donuts on a Sunday and they were closed… Both google maps and their hours posted on the door showed that they were open…. Don’t waste your time.

Solid doughnut only shop. No pastries. Ample selection of all the standard raised and cake classics. I have not tried everything but just sampled a few things. The granulated sugar donuts are run of the mill. The usual chalky tasting sliced powdered vanilla cream filled round (IMHO this style should always be a rich vanilla butter cream which sadly has fallen out of vogue about 20 years ago).

This place is great, I go out of my way 4 or 5 times a week to get a couple dozen donuts for work. Stopped in this Saturday morning just to grab some donut holes for myself, the young lady just gave them to me no charge. She didnt know me, or that i was a good regular customer, thats just how they are at this place.

I love this place! My 3-year old grandson especially likes sprinkles and donuts holes. Its quite kid-friendly, very clean and comfortable. The staff is always warm and efficient. I highly recommend and will go often

Very good and tasty selection of donuts. Picked up a sugar coated donut and some donut holes for a affordable price. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a two donut and small coffee deal for $2.79 which is hard to beat. The shop is busy at time, get there early for the best selection.

We stopped in this morning to get a half dozen donuts. My son is 15 with special needs and was pretty loud and all over the place as he was excitedly picking his donuts. The young man behind the counter was so patient and kind. When my son asked me for donut holes I told him that we weren’t getting donut holes today, just the six donuts. I just opened the box at home to find the edges filled with surprise donut holes. It’s the little things in life that make me so thankful. What a simple, sweet gesture. Thank you!! Going to Donut Time always makes it a good morning! They have my favorite donuts and you can get 2 donuts and a coffee for pretty cheap. The only thing that bums me out is that sometimes when I go (around 8:20 usually on a weekday) they are running low on cake donuts, which everyone knows are the best.

Brand new shop that I heard about through Nextdoor. I stopped in with my 3yr old daughter to check it out this morning. She got a raised donut with chocolate frosting and mini M&Ms, I got a creme filled donut with additional creme on top. Both were soft and fresh, not to heavy. There is a good selection of donuts in the case to pick from. Well be back soon, probably with the rest of the family in tow.

Good donuts, staff said he was making a new pot of coffee and told us it would be 4 minutes. Staff went put side and socialized with buddies and never came back to serve the coffee.
