We had Zach and Greg do the installation of our pergola and they were wonderful! Communicated every step of the way, were friendly and easy to work with! They made the whole experience wonderful. One thing on the company - communication on install not the best and their billing system is horrible! That needs to be updated to make the user experience better. Ultimate product is great!!

They replaced an original 1960’s back door with a product that is well made, energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing. Staff helped me pick out the style and type of door that works best for me. They kept me informed of delays caused by lock down and scheduled installation as quickly as possible once the door was available. Installation was done within two hours and everyone cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend this company, their product and their staff. Final door approval was given by Barney and Mollee when they immediately started using the doggie door that was part of the new door. Dogs and owner are quite pleased with their new back door. My pergola was installed couple weeks ago. I was beautiful. However, today when I pass by my backyard from far away, I noticed my pergola is NOT LEVELED FROM THE LEFT TO RIGHT!!! I understand the roof has slop from back to front. But who gonna has a patio roof left is higher than right??? Called the company hundred times, NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE! Called the service guy who installed my pergola, he said it is supposed to be like that because of the gutter! You think I am stupid or what??? This is ridiculous, my patio roof just looks like got hit by the big rock on the right corner, the whole thing is lean to the right! I want it to be fixed ASAP, or I want my money back!

These guys did a great job installing two exterior doors for our very old home. It was a tough job given the age of our home, but Tim and the team took great care and attention to detail to get it done. Tim, Jim, and the team worked with us to make sure every single concern was addressed, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The were some of the the most thorough and professional contractors weve ever worked with! We talked to several different contractors, and were so happy we went with Colorado Classic Exteriors!

The process with the company was pretty good. They know the product they are selling very well and we’re able to design our door better than the competition. Our door arrived with a manufacturer defect and the installers (Greg and Zack) wouldn’t let that slide and required the manufacturer to send a new frame. They installed the door with great care, cleaned up the area after install, and ensured we were happy. A manufacturer defect isn’t the fault of the company and they made it right which goes a long way with a customer!

Colorado Classic Exteriors did a fantastic job with the design and installation of our front and back doors. The entire process did take several months, but it was worth it. Devin guided us through the door design, throughly explaining our options and was very patient while I agonized over color choice. Jim and Brian were a joy to have over the two-day installation. They were tidy and very respectful of our home; the care they took with replacing the doors was superb, they left no stone unturned. When they realized one of the new doors wasnt going to match up with our old threshold (the previously hidden unfinished floor was showing), Jim came to me with some options and recommendations. Once we made a decision, Jim got right to work in making it happen and the results are great. We love the final product and couldnt be happier.One thing I really appreciated throughout the process was there were no hidden cost. Once we finalized our design with Devin and got a total cost, that was it. There was no extra cost to haul the materials away or take care of the unforeseen threshold issue.The only downside was the long timeframe from our initial call to the final install (several months). Having said that, we were told about the timetable from the beginning and it was absolutely worth the wait!

I had a pergola put in and I love it. Greg and Zach were my installers and they were on time, courteous, and professional making sure that I was happy with the placement. I had door that leaked badly when western storms kick up. I hired this company. Now, here is the deal. Every person I dealt with 4 months ago, does not work there anymore (you be the judge). Since I originally posted this, they have made good on a repair to the $5000 installed door; however it was only a temporary fix, we are waiting on a part. Pleasant people, but do not expect personalized service; like maybe a call or an email on a part that was supposedly ordered.

We used Colorado Classic Exteriors to install a Pergola on our patio. We could not be more pleased with the results and our experience with the whole Colorado Classic Exterior team. We completed extensive research into types, construction and materials finally settling on a low maintenance aluminum/steel Pergola. The embossed aluminum really looks like wood and the powder coating will stand up to the Colorado sun for year after year. Our experience began with Sandy, who may be the nicest person I have ever worked with over the phone, and then was visited by Erin for the quoting process, who provided a very professional presentation and accurate quote. The owner, Preston, came out to confirm measurements and color selection, which was impressive to me that he was so invested in the success of his business. We were kept up to date on the timing and installation was on time. Preston and Jim installed the header board and posts the first day. They were both very exacting in their work. These two old goats worked their tails off. Greg, Greg and Zach came in from the bullpen to install the rafters and purlins. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up upon completion and providing a thorough explanation of the construction and maintenance. Very happy with their work! The whole team was very accommodating to small design alterations on placement during the installation. The end result is exactly what we hoped for. This is the second time Ive gone through Colorado Classic Exteriors and was another great experience. From the initial consultation and evaluation through the completion, the team is great.Sherrie is quite knowledgeable and does a great job suggesting options to fit the budget and goals of the project.The installation team was extremely professional throughout the entire process, continually testing and adjusting the door until its set perfectly. After the installation, they walked me through the functionality of the door and asked if I had any other questions before performing a thorough cleaning of the area. They also made sure I was aware of any information surrounding the warranty of the door.Im running out of windows have to replaced in my current house, but I will continue to use and recommend Colorado Classic Exteriors as long as they are around.

We bought a new front door from Colorado Classic Exteriors as our old one was quite dilapidated. I got a couple of bids, but these guys really outshone the rest. I would say that the cost was comparable to other businesses but the salesperson Erin really took the time to explain all my options (they are literally endless with a front door), and she had samples on hand so I could really touch and feel what it would look like and she was able to do a virtual image of what my new door would look like, which was VERY helpful. Their customer service was stellar. I got several follow up calls and emails letting me know they were still on track. It takes about 12 weeks, but I knew that when I ordered. Chris, in scheduling, did a great job keeping me aware of what was going on. We were scheduled for a Monday but there was going to be snow and bitter cold temps so they actually got my door in on the Saturday before! It was a wonderful surprise to have it early and we were very grateful. About the product, we decided to go with their most premium product, the Embarq by ProVia. We are ELATED with it. First, it’s gorgeous! Second, it is super solid, virtually soundproof, and absolutely the best insulation! We are VERY happy!

We opted for a sliding glass door with a doggie door, which wasnt offered by any of the major competitors. We got a pergola installed from Colorado Classic exteriors and initially had quite a few delays in the project due to sourcing issues (no fault of the company). The problem was the communication was horrible before the install as we had to constantly reach out ourselves in order to get updates. We werent super happy with the delays and miscommunication before install but once Tim and his crew came out for install, we were blown away! He worked tirelessly to get our project done despite setbacks from the business side, we couldnt be happier with the finished product and were so glad Tim saved the day!

Sherrie, Preston and their team were amazing. They were very professional and friendly. I never felt pressured into anything. Sherrie designed our solution for my desire and need. We had all of our windows replaced and we are very pleased. We noticed a difference right away with how much cooler the house is now and also I noticed how much the outside noise is muffled. I would definitely refer anyone to them. One last comment. Another thing I liked is that they are a local business and who doesnt like supporting local!!

Working with Colorado Classic started out well, but ended terribly.We had a new sliding door installed, as well as a dog door and a new window. Our installation date got pushed back by close to a month because of sourcing delays, which we understand is out of their control. That being said, we had to constant call their Production Coordinator to get updates since he wasnt communicating them with us. Once our supplies finally arrived, we had two days scheduled for installation but they nearly guarantees that it would only take one. Despite being on the schedule, CCW pushed our installation back by a day because of a delay in another project. Again, out of their control, but we had to hound them for updates. Once the workers finally arrived, it took them two FULL days to complete the job, with the last day ending at 7pm on a Friday night. As the workers were leaving, we asked when they were going to come back to paint, to which they replied that painting isnt part of the deal. This was infuriating because we confirmed with three people (Erin, Preston and Chris) that painting would be included. We called to express our dissatisfaction with the unfinished job, only to have out voicemails and emails ignored or pushed around. The next week, the workers called and said they would be over in the afternoon to paint, but no one from CCW had reached out to us regarding scheduling, getting paint etc. We were so fed up with the experience that we just told them not to come. We have yet to hear back from CCW on our multiple complaints and I doubt we ever will.As you can see in the pictures, they left the wall a mess, and we woke up to cracked dry wall putty. The workers used the drywall putty instead of actual drywall to cut corners, because (as they told us) it would take way longer.We had plans to use CCW for a lot of other window projects in our home but they have lost our loyalty and our business.

We chose Colorado Classic Exteriors (CCE) for a full Hardie Board siding replacement after getting 5-6 other in-person quotes. It was such a big job that we really wanted to be careful in our choice. The other quotes were all over the place when the costs were broken down. AND, a big warning, if you are looking to have this work done, to be careful and avoid the companies that advertise on TV as their costs were really outrageous!CCE really gave us the best quality and price. We also did our research by looking into the BBB, online reviews, and company history. All of these put CCE into a top choice for us.Robert, who is on the sales side, was very patient with us as we had several back and forth inquiries. We appreciate his honest, down-to-earth, and low-pressure style along with his prompt response to our questions. Thanks Robert! Jim and Preston did much of the quality control and initial setup (like the final measurements, delivery). They were always helpful in working through all the details. Jim was also helpful with some electrical and roof issues we were having that were not related to the job and his final inspection was very thorough... he caught some very minor things we missed and fixed them! UPDATE: The company issued us a full refund. This experience was no fun for anyone, but ultimately I was impressed by their integrity. I wish them the best.ORIGINAL: We replaced most of our windows, spending $13k. It was a big job. The installers were 1-3 hours late each day without communication. All windows that were installed aren’t plumb--they are all misaligned in some way. One wouldn’t open, and another wouldn’t close all the way. Two had screens that inhibited movement. 6 of the 8 windows needed a replacement part that has taken months to come in. At the writing of this review, about 6 months after installation, we are still waiting for those replacement parts, which have reduced insulation--obvious as it has become cold out. The company has had to return at least 4 times to do repairs. Early on, my communication was required to make this happen--the company owners seemed to forget (or at least failed to communicate for weeks) more than once. Finally, Chris came to the house, and I began communicating with him solely, which I would recommend that others do if you decide to hire this company. Chris let me know a couple days ago that the parts have come in but were lost at the company warehouse. He was appropriately apologetic and ordered them again. Covid: If you don’t care about Covid, no need to read on. When I first contacted the company to schedule installation, they reported that they had no Covid norms or safety measures. I have a person who is immune compromised in my household, so I delayed installation due to safety concerns. Once they reported safety measures, I scheduled installation, but the company verbally held me responsible three times for inconvenience due to the delay--mentioning extra paperwork they had to do, potential of damage in the warehouse since windows sat for so long, and glitches in financing that resulted in my being charged twice and having to pay almost the entire sum at once (rather than spacing the payments out over time, which is what financing is supposed to facilitate). Employees did not wear masks during installation or often in repair, even after I communicated repeatedly about our family member who is immune compromised. Again, Chris was an exception. Initially, I really liked the family that owns the company, but I have been surprised by their lack of compassion for my family member and lack of attention to detail, communication, and organization. I allow that Covid has made it hard for small businesses, but much of what I observe does not seem to be due to that complexity.

We had a large project, just under 600 square feet, that we received multiple quotes on. The price was well under what anyone else had quoted us. Erin really knew the product and made solid window and door recommendations. COVID-induced supply chain challenges caused a few extra months delay in receiving the materials but we did get regular status updates. Greg & Greg, our installers, were fantastic and really made sure it all came together with a finished product they are proud to say they installed. We have a few more trim pieces coming from Provia but are really pleased with the new doors and window and look forward to having it all trimmed out and completed soon.

Only down fall is it took about 8 weeks, considering they originally told me 12, not bad.I called multiple companies to price check what it would cost to replace 6 windows all different sizes from the 1950s. This company left a lasting impression. First off, one of the owners of the company regularly answers calls and schedules the meetings and the other does all final measurements for the windows to ensure perfection. Then I had a little breakdown over cost, time frame, and just life in 2020 in general. This company made me feel back in control of my house issues and I have wonderful NEW windows, with accidental break coverage incase my dog tries to get a squirrel again.I show off my new windows to anyone who will listen!I recommend this company and will probably use them again in the future if another project comes up.

The doors took a while to manufacture since they were a custom size but they ended up getting installed well before we expected which was great. Colorado Classic Exteriors are middle of the road at best. Their customer service department is terrible and they charged one my cards without authorization or communication after they literally communicated to me the exact opposite the week before my project completion. I am extremely unhappy with their service and billing department. They (Bonnie) in their billing department or something like that, made the experience way more stressful than needed. The door itself is of good quality and the instal guys did a good job. The company itself does not care about the customers at the end of the day, all about their premium dollar and their communication and customer service is really bottom of the barrel for the “premium” service they think they seem to provide. I’ll be checking out other door / window companies for my next project.

From the initial phone call and talking with Sherrie Lewis, to dealing with Chris Kozyra (project manager) amidst a few setbacks dealing with production delays due to COVID, moving dates, and finally the installation crew: Greg, Greg and Zac (great guys who work well together). I felt comfortable and confident that the installation would ultimately get done and be done right. Special thanks to Chris Kozyra for making extra phone calls and effort moving schedules around to my benefit (without me asking). He juggled less-than-ideal circumstances professionally and proactively and didn’t “have to”. I’m a happy customer and have added them to my Rolodex.

I purchased a new front entry door and rear patio door from Colorado Classic Exteriors. Throughout the whole process from my first contact for a design request, to the project lead, Erins, visit to my house, to the install, there was great communication by everyone and I was well informed.The install team called the day before to confirm arrival time and their plans. The work area was prepped carefully, adjacent areas of the house were covered and protected, they meticulously cleaned during the process and left the work areas and newly installed doors looking pristine. Before they left they did a walk through with me, answered questions and made sure that everything was how I wanted it.I really feel that I got great value for what I paid. I wanted quality products that would be installed correctly at a reasonable price, and I feel I got just that. CCE was not the highest or lowest bid I received, their prices are fair and there was no pushy sales pressure. It was clear all the way through that they listen to their customers, and stand behind their products and work. I will call them again the next time I have a project.

Very pleasant experience from initial ordering through final installation. Most reasonable pricing between several companies, and same or competitive windows. Our condo is a part time residence, and the company worked with me on installation dates to accommodate our schedule. Installers, Greg and Greg, were very professional, workmanship is top tier. They helped us determine the best product for our new climate and their local crew was just as good if not better than their Colorado crew.I trust them so much that I have already placed an order to have a pergola installed as well.One of the most valuable aspects of working with Colorado Classic Exteriors is that I believe they offered me the best value for my money. Don’t confuse best value with the lowest price. While they are extremely price competitive, they may not be the cheapest. I reached out to Colorado Classic Exteriors after narrowing down the options. I was able to work with all the people to design, measure and install a custom new front steel and storm door unit. I am thrilled with the quality, noise reduction and energy efficiency. The install moved a little due to timing and weather, but completed effectively. I am looking into possible other services in the future with Colorado Classic Exteriors.

After getting several bids, I chose Colorado Classic for several reasons. The product was high quality, and with windows thats important. It was a locally owned small business and Ive always preferred working with small businesses both for supporting them, especially now and usually getting more personalized service. There were a couple hiccups, both of which they handled very well and to my satisfaction. Thats the only reason for 4, not 5 stars. I wouldnt hesitate to refer them or use them again. The installers, Greg and Greg were very professional, clean and efficient. They got the work done in a quick timeframe and also highly recommend them.

We had 11 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our overall experience was great. Install completion time was efficient. We were presented a fair price and we like supporting local businesses. My only complaint is that they did not clean up as well as Id hoped. A couple of examples would be dust and debris left in each window area and they did not patch up all of the exterior paint until asked. I would still highly recommend using them for your window needs.This is our second time hiring Colorado Classic Exteriors and our experience was superb! We purchased a storm door and entry door. Our cats love the new storm door! Everyone we were in contact with at this company exceeded our expectations by being attentive and answering all of our questions.
