In am an extensively experienced industrial electrician and service tech and have used various places over the decades for motor repairs and troubleshooting/rebuilding and this shop is top notch. The owner/operator is a very down to earth guy and honest as the day is long. Of all the services used for these types of repairs I would recommend this shop over all of them. He has been in operation for decades and is the most knowledgeable guy I have ever met when it comes to electric motors and if it is a motor that can be disassembled I assure you if it is rebuild able...he can do it!

Owner was nice when he took my $20 and promised a estimate by Thursday/Friday.... Called several times, no reply... I was told he was busy with other customers. Finally several days AFTER work was promised, I was given a estimate of $200ish - $300ish and only a 30 day warranty. So I decided to buy a NEW pump, and when I asked him to put my old pump back together, he said it would cost me more money!!And proceeded to tell me I need to learn to read, because he supposedly has a sign posted stating this. I dont expect to pay him to put together the item that he took apart! If i could give ZERO stars, I wouldBottom line, owner was rude and very unprofessional, worst customer service ever, STAY AWAY!!!I would never recommend this persons business to anyone.

The best place to get your electric motor repaired or replaced great family owned business..

This is absolute worst business Ive ever stepped foot in. Beware that if you drop a motor off for repair you will wait at least 2 weeks for an estimate. (Thats if they even feel like calling you back.) I had to call repeatedly over and over to get an update on what is going on. I was told I would get a call back and never did. Owner got an attitude with me when I asked for rushed service, and threatened me with violence when I called him out on not returning my call. Told me it was 530pm and he diddnt feel like it. Really? Anyway the best part is when I went to retrieve my electric motor, he gave it back to me in a box disassembled. Beware that if you do not get your motor repaired this will happen to you as well as there is sign in the shop that explains this. Be prepared to be extorted

Good service and quality work

Terrible service!!! Took forever to fix my motor and I had to call them every week to find out what the status was and the response was it should be done next week. I will never use them again.
