The way you treat MANY customers and reviews on here is a joke. Incredibly disheartening to see your lack of professionalism to negative ratings. Instead of apologizing and accepting accountability, you continue to belittle not only individuals but other businesses. Went to this fine establishment before going to Chili’s with my boys. It was epic how much awesome stuff they had. I was planning to move to Nebraska but now I’m not so sure. You haven’t seen the last of me Game Heroes!

Very friendly group that play here. The staff is always very nice and customer service oriented. They have a nice trading system that helps the business as well as the seller. If you have a lot of cards and need money fast they will buy anything over $5 no matter what. The price of single cards are a little higher, about mid market price. They make up the difference by giving out free packs. Booster pack prices are very good, probably one of the lowest costs in the area. D&D campaigns and accessories are also fairly priced. There is a nice balance of price within the store and the friendly aspect is definitely a plus.

Went in the other day to see all the Pokémon celebrations products marked up 100%. Which is well above market price for most game shops on tcgplayer. They had tons of products on the shelf. I can see why. Why would you pay 100 dollars for a product thats meant to be sold at 50? Stop this behavior game shops.

Has possibly got to be one of the worst card shops to go to in Colorado. Went in to sell some of my vintage/newer selection of cards which on TCG player were going for roughly $600 all together. I unfortunately got offered $90 and declined the offer. I got told I was never allowed back at the store and then got threatened by the worker who tried to fight me. I’ve spent close to a thousand dollars here. To get treated like this is ridiculous.

Used to come in to buy cards Farley frequently never had an issues come in tonight told not allowed to look through a stack of cards to find a cheaper copy and then was told dont price match with tcg player like every other single card shop in Colorado never coming here again I used to drive from highlands ranch to come by I will not ever come back to this terrible over priced bad service shop ever again especially with much better shops around

This my favorite place to get cards. The staff is knowledgeable and the selection is huge! They have a great selection of Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon and Magic the gathering cards. It’s also a great spot play and have a good time. I highly recommend this place.

I have shopped at this store half a dozen times now. Not once, not even once over the course of 3 years have I ever been served well, with confidence, or with even a general level of camaraderie. Unless your needs are extremely eccentric based on the game you play or the cards you need, shop literally anywhere else.

I understand having convenience fees because you are able to get cards without ordering them online, but when they are charging 25 dollars more for something, I would recommend buying it online. They are inattentive and don’t care about making a sale. I have had unpleasant experiences all 3 times I have gone in. The prices change depending on what they sell for online +$25. He was looking up prices when I asked for the price of something. This shop would make a lot more sales and money if they charged a flat rate price instead of changing them when it is convenient for them.

They always have the magic cards I am looking for. Ask for Mike he is super friendly and knows his stuff.

Little pricey but a giant selection of cards and games with some friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something specific or are just going to look around, guarentee you find something that catches your eye.

I ran into an issue with a bulk order that had some missing cards and worked with the owner whom gave me store credit for the missing purchases. The staff are friendly and the store has good COVID-19 policies to protect staff and customers alike.

First of all this store is really really DOPE. The guys that were working on Wednesday the 25th of August were all incredibly friendly, pretty much everyone said hello as I walked in/ by them; even though they were clearly busy setting up product! I’m more into Digimon currently and they had fair prices not only on packs but boxes as well, they even read a few prices off for me because I never wear my contacts 🤣 seriously I appreciated that. To top it off they had a shelf of discounted items I.e binders/ sleeves/ play mats. Which is cool to see. Second of all they roast all these lame dorkatrons who leave bad reviews with no evidence! I’ve been dying reading these reviews! Thanks guys!! I’ll be back!!

Great experience at ‘GH’This guy that works there talked to me about minecraft and it was a good time.

Prices could be lower but its still a reasonably priced game shop. Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and are attentive. I shop here frequently and recommend it to other gamers.

This is easily the best store in town to get Pokemon cards! Fair market pricing, and a massive selection of singles and sealed product!

It is indeed a good spot to fulfill all of youre TCG needs however, products are cheap yet overpriced. Especially packs and booster boxes are at least $15 more than the market. I suggest making it your last resort. For example the market on a booster box was $70-80 they are selling it for $100 I even called ahead and the price changed within two daysthe plastic cheap sleeves arent worth much yet here they over charge.EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: I am not talking about Market Prices via Ebay Im talking TCG Player to where they even have a online store setup. Nobody really buys TCG from ebay

Always grateful to be able to shop here. They price their pokemon products fairly as the market demands. I was able to get some really cool stuff here now and in the past.

Nothing but the best treatment from this shop. I ask a lot of questions and every employee has been helpful and patient with me each time. They have a huge selection. Are knowledgeable. Very thankful for this shop.

Really nice people in the store. I had order Pokemon cards on TCGplayer.Come to find out that Game Heroes was local! I ended up going to the store and asking if I could pick up my order instead of having it shipped out. They were totally cool with it and refunded my order on TCGplayer and I was able to purchase my item from the store itself. Thank you guys for doing this.Nice store front and clean layout inside. Came in for singles and packs. Single prices are fair but the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Selection was good for all things tcg but I wont be returning because of poor customer service.

Wasnt happy drove all the way a hour and a half drive to get low balled on my cards

Came in last week for some Sports Cards. They have a ton of hard to find blasters and hobby boxes.

For those who buy cards online it can take a while to get the cards shipped and you have to pay sometimes an outrageous amount for shipping. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable I like yugioh cards and for Denver I havent found a better place for yugioh (usually everyone sells just MTG). The individual cards can be a bit pricey but it is a small price to pay for getting the card(s) you want. Thank you for having a great variety of cards and other TCG products.

Google asked me to review this place and they were alright. The employee said they went off market price of the tcgplayer website and the product in question was around $75 higher then said price. They werent willing to negotiate on it but the guy wasnt hostile or rude about it so not a terrible experience just odd they would charge so much when I could buy it online for way cheaper.Response (5/24/21-1:20PM): Hi the product in question was the digmon (2020) Release Special Booster Ver.1.0 Booster Box. Which is marked as $175.00 on tcgplayer and was being sold for $250.00 at this location.

There was a young man named Michael who really helped me out. I was looking for some Magic items as a gift, and he really knew his stuff. I mean, I asked him one question about a card, and he continued talking for the next half hour despite the fact that the answer wouldve taken a reasonable person under 30 seconds. Very knowledgeable, but I had strong concerns about whether or not he had a good social life given the amount of Magic the Gathering facts that he rattled off.Superb service. Would recommend.

Dont shop here!! literally every single other TCG store around town or on eBay is cheaper! They are not nice, or pleasant to interact with either. Frankly the employees act like its not worth their time to take your money or trade. Disgusting level of gouging at every level and terrible customer service. AVOID! save yourself a bad experience.Yeah no lies here, and look at the owners response. Professional? I mean wow... Always a great place for as far back as I can remember.

Very very expensive and there selling WAY above resale prices.Edit: I went back to give them another try And took my time to Really look at the prices. Almost every set of Pokémon booster boxes are at 250$ to 300 at the very least. There are other sets easily over 350 and up to 650 in the very popular sets. The best thing you can get there right now for your money is a 205$ Hidden Fates Etb. Or waist your money with Sketchy single packs.

Now i cant say how the rest of the staff is but the one i talked to and dealt with was extremely short and uninterested in help. The guy gave off a major gatekeeping vibe and when i asked if he knew he had something he said if we do its on the shelf and being my first time I didnt have time to carefully look through the hundreds of cards on the shelf and wouldve been nice if someone who looks at reguarly could lend a hand but I guess a first time customer isnt worth the 30 seconds to help, hope the other employees are friendlier but I dont plan on going back to find out. Side note the frisbee golf shop right next to had the best customer service in the world especially compared to here

Great selection, but some prices are definitely set for supply/demand.

Staff and Inventory are great.However, they are overpriced. I understand market based pricing as I am in the car industry.When you can get Shining fates ETB for around 80-100(CLOSER TO THE FORMER) on various websites why would I want to pay 120+.Single cards are also pretty overpriced even when they claim to use TCGplayer when you sell them a card they will offer you half of the lowest value even if your card is mint and the lowest value on there is a damaged card. When you buy a single card it is priced higher than multiple NM listings on TCGplayer.Doesnt really scream Market value.Ive obviously given them my business multiple times, just being honest and stating my two cents.

Terrible place to buy Pokemon sealed product right now, good luck finding anything at MSRP. Decent selection of singles with reasonable prices but Im done stopping in to this store. The preorder prices they are offering for shining fates and battle styles can be beat by many online retailers with shipping included.Edit - and the owner will come and attack you personally for voicing your opinion. What a jokeEdit 2 - looking more closely at reviews it looks like they give out free packs for 5 star reviews. Thats clearly the only way someone so rude could have a rating this high.

Ultimately its a great card shop. I was able to find what I was looking for, and what to get when my next check lands. Over all fully friendly atmosphere as well. Definitely will be back in the future for more buys, and possible events.

Great prices and selection!

Some of the guys behind the counter can be condescending and annoyed to the point where asking for a price on the unlabeled cards feels difficult to manuver. I dont always carry a smart phone to check TCG guys. But they do got decent sealed prices. Why they get the 2nd star. Left a review awhile ago but not much has changed since a year or so when Ive been in there. Also probably sell your Expensive cards elsewhere guys.

Lots of individual MTG cards at awesome prices! Never have I gone in for a stack of singles has it cost me more than my cart was on Card Kingdom. Usually cheaper by a few bucks as a matter of fact! Glad these guys are right by my house.

Definitely the go to shop around! Always have the cards I need to finish out decks and the staff is always extra helpful and friendly! Haha the only negative is I want to buy all the awesome cards they carry!
