Such great service and beautiful stuff! Local artisan jewelry, lotions, perfumes, art and awesome clothes. Plus, the owner is so nice - she went out of her way to get in touch with one of her local vendors to order a different version of some earrings I loved by the next day - incredible! It’s great to support local small business and even better when it’s a memorably wonderful experience! I’ll be back for Christmas gifts (and a present to myself too.)

What a GREAT shop! So many cool and local items. How about plants that dont need soil? Or locally made clothes, beard oil, jewelry, pottery, and more.. A treasure trove of great products. Owner is one of the nicest people ever too, really cares about her customers and local business. Highly recommend.

Just walked in the owner did greet me however upon asking questions about some products the owner or person working this establishment seemed very un personable to the point she didn’t come over to go over product.i could since bad vibes all over. I also was interested in a book which I attempted to take a photo of the front which she interrupted To say it is not cool to take photos of the book because the people who made this worked hard. Sorry but the creators of this are not the only creative people who can come up with certain ideas. Will not be returning back, such rude bad vibes.

Gorgeous art and jewelry. Clothing choices are great enough to be dangerous if youre just looking to treat yourself to one thing. Succulents and other fun plants. Ceramics are earthy and unique. Highly recommend!

The experience was utterly disappointing - it was not the fact they did not have what we were looking for; it was the obvious lack of customer service and absence of friendliness. In fact, there was nothing positive about the visit. We were not greeted, nor even acknowledged, let alone asked if we needed assistance, and yet somehow the folks behind us were asked if they could be helped as soon as they stepped foot in the shop. It makes my husband and I question what exactly their values as a business are, to be honest. Not to mention, when we did finally reach out to the clerk to ask her for assistance in finding the product we were looking for, she snapped at us... Again, it really makes me question this business. Truthfully, we dont ever want to visit the area again at all. We were nothing but friendly, and were treated rudely in return. Be polite with every one of your customers because at the end of the day, they give you both your income and your reputation as a retailer. Also, dont judge my husband based on his skin color. It was painful for me to see this woman and how rude she was without cause. I know that not everyone in the area is like her, but nonetheless, we will not ever be returning. He served this country and risked his life, even for the people who treat him this way - it makes me feel sick to my stomach that he had to endure that. I was fuming. I could go on, but I will leave it at that. Again, be kind to everyone.

Great service, modern clothing styles! Went for the first time today and so happy with my new shirt and dress. Nice to find a great boutique that isnt insanely priced too. Will definitely come back!

After hearing so much praise about this place by friends and colleagues, I went for my first visit today and I was appalled at the lack of customer service, and attendant professionalism. This should not be a common setting to happen, and perhaps today was not the best day to visit, however, I was met with snappy staff and genuinely felt a lack of welcome a customer should feel in a place where customer should be valued. I may try this place again, and give them another chance when there is less traffic than this time of the year. I will still note to the staff that when one is employed at a location as a receptionist/attendee, be liberal in communication, and friendliness, without your personal predisposed judgement, or lack of. Treat everyone that enters your shop with courtesy.

Amazing shop with a huge, ever-changing inventory. I visit frequently, and have been a regular since the shop opened. ❤️Ive bought teas, dresses, lotions, and plants, and my wishlist from Vouna is a mile long!Pictured are two of the very affordable, well-made, flattering dresses from the store. ****IMPORTANT**** for women who like dresses with pockets, Vouna also stocks a ton of dresses and skirts with usable, discreet pockets that will fit a wallet and a phone, but are invisible when not in use.

Excellent curation of home goods, accessories, artwork, plants, women’s clothing...I have shopped here since moving to Arvada three years ago, and I’ve never been disappointed in what I find. Definitely a place to hit up for gifts (or something for yourself :)), especially before holidays or other celebrations! The owner is always warm, and you can tell she likes connecting with others. Emma the shop bunny also likes interacting with nice people :)Vouna carries some of my favorite makers & creatives in Colorado and beyond (Dryland Wilds, OLO, Hazel Ray, Lux & Luca, Timshel Living, Foxly Shop, soooo many others). The clothing the owner selects is of high quality and lasts, and plus the materials she chooses feel fantastic.I saw another reviewer said something about taking photos and was asked to refrain from that — as a customer, you should ALWAYS ASK before taking a photo of something in someone’s shop, especially when they carry so many handmade items! They have the right to say no. I worked in retail for years, especially in small businesses, and this is common and courteous practice.I’ll continue to shop at Vouna, tell others about the shop, and bring my friends and family. It’s a place that adds character, connection, charm, and well-made goods to Olde town Arvada!

Great shop with a variety of things from oils, soaps, clothing, beautiful jewelry and even house plants with unique pots. They also have a cute selection of mason jar things like a martini shaker etc.
