I have always had good service. This is the 3rd audiogist that has been in this office. I am not sure why we get a new one every 18 months or so, but they are all friendly and good at what they do.

Everything was fine.Tina solved the main problem. I was disappointed that there was not a loaner charger, but not her problem.

All health protocols were followed, which made me feel safe at the office. Everyone was welcoming, and Ms. Mancuso was very thorough in explanations I left with a clear knowledge of both operation and care. There are so many advantages, including being to adjust them on my phone. I have significant hearing loss, so I am hearing sounds now that were muffled or silent. I have a follow up appt next week and can always go there during drop-in hours. Very happy!

Having hearing lose is a problem that can really handicap your life.I had tried to find my way through hearing aids, used several different styles and was getting frustrated with the products I had tried. I dropped by the Arvada Hearing center looking for answers, and to my delight I found the help, compassion, and guidance I needed. Meeting the office manager Linda was the beginning of a wonderful experience she scheduled a time for a professional hearing evaluation. When I arrived for my appointment I met Jayme Rinn, wow what a professional, caring lady. after testing she explained in detail to me my hearing loses and then prescribed Hearing aids that would give me the most realistic sound to improve me hearing. Married men know they must have their wifes present as they begin to sample the hearing device. Jayme has listened to my every question and found ways to meet my every need. I can now hear my wifes soft voice even in noisy environments. Jayme was attentive to my needs and showed a true concern for my success. I would recommend Jayme and the Arvada Hearing center to all who need a hearing specialist who will give you the best product and service available. The hearing device Jayme fitted me with was By Resound, the sound is so close to natural I couldnt tell I had the aids in yet my hearing was so improved.
