After having job done by a different employee on Monday, low and behold (as house repairs go) another leak sprung! But I consider myself lucky because we had ANOTHER great job done, this time by a technician named Tommy. Tommy was quick to arrive and respond to our issue, and completed the repair speedily. First of all - good Customer Service. I had called a few places needing emergency service, a few were busy and some didn’t solution at all. From the beginning they handled the situation swiftly and promptly. Jonathan was our tech, Hands down the best tech I’ve had at my house. He was thorough and answered all my questions, and then some.
