Great store! Super patient & friendly guy at cashier when I couldnt get rewards app open again. Theyre near to Potterybarn on east & south side of mall! So many cute holiday items coming out. Be sure to sign up for rewards to get coupons etc too.

They Have Great Service. They were very friendly and understanding, especially when my baby was crying. They let me focus on my daughter before they continued to talk about the deals. Once she was okay, they provided me great service! Will definitely come back to this Bath and Body Works.

Too many choices all the items in store smell great, cant go wrong.

Yesterday I had a very unpleasant shopping experience at Bath and Body Work Tejon, and to make things worse manager Corrina was unable to use her management skills and instead dismissed a customer, and proceeded to tell her employees that unfortunately there are people out there like that. All because I was ready to purchase my items and I went to pull my coupons from the coupon booklet, and the barcodes for some reason peeled off, and I wasnt honored the coupons! So I decided to not make the purchase, which by the way, the store could have used the business, given there were no other shoppers in there. My point is...get it together Bath & Body Works, or go easy on your glue with those coupons!!! And management Corrina, you did absolutely nothing to help a customer who by the way was at an outlet mall to get a good discount, and not to be dismissed!

I enjoyed the shopping today. Except that when the floor associate suggested we get the app to save money. I couldnt get the wifi in order to do that. I was having wifi issues throughout the whole store at the Tejon outlet. When I got to the cash register, the associate asked me if I was signed up with them. I said no and she proceeded to check me out. My sister was behind me and she told the cashier what the floor associates said. We could sign up at the register if were having issues signing up due to the wifi. That wasnt offered to me but nonetheless I did appreciate the floor associates for trying to help.

First time at this location. Staff were all friendly and making sure everyone were wearing a mask. Additionally they were only allowing a couple of people in at a time.
