Just left the store. Terrible customer service. Went to upgrade for a lost phone that had insurance but was denied. ( Not holding that agianst them not thier fault ) But wanted the exact phone that was lost. All they said they had in inventory was 6 higher priced phones. When I asked why do they have the other phones displayed, the 2 girls just looked at each other. Seems like a scam to sell higher priced phones. Just seemed wrong. Will go to Bakersfield or Shafter to buy a phone.

They have a good selection of phones & usually good sales. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they dont take credit cards, like any other normal store in this day and age.

They try to ripoff customers by making change in accounts without letting customers know.

Please check your receipt before you leave this store and make sure your product works before leaving, even though the the product doesnt work this store will not return or exchange it for you, there reason is look at the receipt its a final sale for a wall charger that was purchased less than 24 hours. There excuse was the manager wont be in until next week so there is nothing they can do. Wow.
