This was my first time going to the Micheal Kors outlet. It is so big, they have such a variety. & The prices are amazing, they had really good deals going on. The employees were so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely be going back to do some more shopping.

Staff was kind and efficient in the current COVID situation. We were assisted numerous times with out being hounded. We were also informed of sales promotions.

Worst Service Ever!!!! I was never offered any assistance, and had to ask 1 of the 3 sales associates that were talking amoungst each other to come ring me up. I planned on buying 3 purses and a wallet as gifts, and that was the sole reason for even going to the outlets, but I just wanted to leave instead of interrupt gossip hour. Please get your employees some customer service training.

Staff does not make you feel welcomed, or ask if you need help. I call in sometimes for items in store and associates don’t bother looking. They just say they don’t have it. Hold times on the phone are ridiculous, or I get hung up on. There is a young man that has helped me a couple times named Kevin he is very friendly and offers to help me. Other than that staff is not welcoming.

I’ve been waiting outside for 3 hours and cause they said they open at 3:30 I come at that time and they say 4:30 waste of time and my gas don’t come here at all I give it 1 Star.

Did not feel welcomed during my second visit at Tejon location . A lady worker approached me while I was looking at purses and told me if you are not buying anything leave . I did make a purchase but, I didn’t not feel welcomed at all the way based on what this employee told me. The employee look like she was in her 50’s .

Shame on this company drove from Palmdale I get here and is close I ask guest service and they tell me you guys are short on staff and is thru appointment been calling to set one up and nobody answer or returns my call

Drove out here today because the website says their open now. What a waste of my time & gas because once you get here there’s a note on the door that says closed due to Covid19 until further notice. They need to update their website !! Not sure if I’ll be back once they do open and I’ll be sure to tell all my family and friends about today’s experience as well

Only visited this store twice and both times were pleasant experiences. Staff made me feel welcome & were very helpful! Happy Customer not to mention cant beat 70% off w/additional 20% kinda deals.

I always find really good deals and they have good purses in their clearance also good fast service!!!!

Kind of odd though how you remembered me and the quarter sized tattoo on my hand but the employee I was speaking to wasnt mentioned at all? Aside from that you accuse me of speaking in Spanish about you when I can barely speak a lick of Spanish to begin with. I wasnt raised speaking it and can barely speak it to save my life. So to be accused of making fun of you makes no sense considering the staff themselves know I can hardly speak Spanish. Store is clean and well maintained. This place is usually busy during the holidays especially Black Friday.

Never shopping here again! A few days ago the gay hispanic man with a cross on his hand was making fun of my outfit in spanish. Little did he know I speak spanish fluently. Ive been shopping here and spend plenty of money over time. But I will never come back here again and be made fun of!! He needs to be termiated immediately.

Drove two hours just to go and buy some purses for mothers day !! Found some purses that had some dust bags and bought them!! Drove home two hours away !! And realized that the dust bags were missing! ! Called them very upset, asking why they had removed my dust bags from each purse!! They denied it saying outlet purses never come with dust bags!! Next time I buy a purse from the outlet Ill be watching them closely !!

I bought my 1st bag& wallet for under $250 had such a great sale 40-60%the whole store😊😊

I bought 2 items and the store associate charged me 1 item twice, so seems like I bought 3 items. Then I have to drive back to the outlet for 3 hours. Thats ridiculous!!! They cant refund my money except I have to go back to the store. Worst outlet in my life for Michael Kors brand.

The workers have a terrible attitude on these dates, they close early, they say they are going to clean and they do nothing. I have waited for 3 hours just not to lose my gas and road time and they are never open. It is more advisable to go to valley plaza more friendly and closer and they always respect their schedules. Not like badger who dont mind people traveling 40+ minutes or more to shop here. They are a 🤢 🤮

They are people without a work ethic, they are not attentive I asked them for bags for what I bought and they did not want to give me the purchase they said they did not care about the terrible service of the badger outlet staff
