Extremely slow service every time I pick up my parents prescriptions. After calling to see if the order is ready and waiting between 30-45 minutes, I am told that they are still working on it. Every time?! I go home and wait another several hours and have to go back and wait in that extremely long line again. They need another Pharmacist and a few more clerks if you ask me!

I have been trying to get refills and its impossible. Long waits and people seems to not know what they are doing. Better service as medicine shoppe. Such a huge chain and we get such a bad service. Go get your meds somewhere else

I pass by from another state and Sam is very rude and gross and doesnt know how to treat people (no polite at all) the manager should notice when somebody is not doing a good job. Thanks

Is okay. Staff is a little (ok a lot) rude but the pharmacist is nice. I come & I have to put up with it because it is the only Pharmacy that I know of in the city of Arvin

Very bad service, it lasts one more than 2 hours in which they attend to it, apart from that they do not have the medication lists, the doctors send them the faxes of the prescriptions, and they say that they do not reach them, they have to come more than 3 times a day in order to pick up a more personal, efficient medication.
