The guys in the store were great. They greeted us and asked what we were looking for. Then they showed us the goods, helped us and then left us alone to test and make some decisions for ourselves. I love that they helped and I also love that they didn’t hover and or pressure us for the sale.

Marvin was AWESOME!!! He was very honest with us and gave us the pros and cons to everything we looked at. He explained in detail how the warranty works and what it covers. He took his time and looked up how much each mattress and box spring would cost including tax. For the first time we bought something from a sales person in full just because he was upfront and honest! It was such a great experience and we will definitely be buying another mattress from him in the future!

Had made a couple of trips to mattress Firm in Asheboro but on 1/5/21 Richard happened to be there and he was very helpful asked plenty of questions to help guide us in the right direction of which mattress would work for us once we decided on which one the process was very quick and he reassured us that Mattress Firm stood behind all their sales and that if we weren’t fully satisfied we could return and he also explained the 10 year warranty. All in all a very good experience and was nice to have some one with the years of experience Richard had!

We made an appointment for 10:00, 1/14/21. We arrived a few minutes early, and waited for several minutes for someone to arrive and open the store. There was a realtor-type key safe on the door. We left the store and went on another errand. We passed by the store again around 10:30, and there was still no one there. I guess well go to Greensboro for a mattress. No provision here for zero stars, so I left ONE.

They replace it and for 2 years it was ok now it is starting to fall apart the mattress top is lose and the material is bunching up,, I looked for the Manufacturer on the mattress and I can’t find it there is no name so I am stuck I will never go to mattress Firm again, not only that I was charge way to much. I have seen mattress the same as mine in Macy’s and other stores for almost $500 less. Buyer beware

Great Morning everyone!!!!! I have had the most enjoyable experience with Mr Lamont Preston! I first called and told him what I was looking for. He took the time to explain to me in detail what inventory they had available that would best fit what I was looking for. He told me step by step how to look into some things before I entered the store and advised me that if I wasnt able to do anything prior to coming inside the store that he would be more than happy to assist me when I came in. When I arrived Mr Preston had every item we discussed ready and available. He allowed me to change my mind a few times lol like many of us do. He did not rush my decision making process. We were sold on the fact that the series 600 adjustable bed was a wall hugger, well it is not. The store manager refunded the difference we paid for the more expensive base. Delivery boys were in a rush and didnt set the bed up to the height I wanted, instead told me how I could do it, among other things. Frustrated with the whole experience but Store Manger did help to some degree...

I went to mattress firm today and was completly ignored the entire time not even a hello when we came in. So I went back to mattress warehouse up the street and purchased a mattress from them.
