Good spot. Always in and out. Friendly employees. Made sure I was getting charged appropriately for the games I was getting. Making sure they were on sale. I will always come here to get my games!

You have to go to when the right people are working or you will be hounded to death about add-on stuff. Now if I want to preorder a game I wait until a certain person is working because he is the only one that doesnt hound you. But moving on they do have incredible deals which is this place is even more awesome. You cant beat Buy 2 used Get 1 Free. The clearance is pretty good sometimes.

By far the worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. Brandon, the manager is very easily distracted. I had been waiting in line while he finished up with one customer. I step to the front once that is finished and he receives a phone call on the work phone. No biggie. It became an issue when I could hear that they were talking about her new hairdo and his new puppy. On numerous occasions this type of stuff has happened but this is the most memorable example. The female employee that works there never seems to understand even the most basic of questions I ask and instead of answering the question she tiptoes around it or replies, “I don’t know”, which is unacceptable. First off, she should know. She’s an employee. Second, if she truly does not know then instead of flat out saying so maybe the correct response should be, “I’m not sure but I can find out”, and then go find out. Don’t stare at me like that’s going to answer my question. This location is also the smallest and dirtiest store I’ve seen. These employees unfortunately don’t want to be there. The place is only a paycheck to them which is totally understandable. I’ll continue to drive to Burlington. That store is way better and the employees there know what’s up.

Even with Covid-19 going around, I still went In and enjoyed my time. They were out of stock of what I needed but its still really fun to go in and look around.

The easiest,fastest,courteous and most pleasant experience Ive had in a very long time.Brandon is amazing.He handled my transaction and was also handling the constant calls of the phone with such patience.Also he is so knowledgeable about all the new systems and games coming out.I was impressed !!!Brandon is an asset to have as employee!!

The female was very rude and raised her voice at me. I will not be coming back to this one. Very disrespectful and i am very disappointed. I’ve never had problems until now.

I love dealing with almost anyone there except Jacqueline. She makes the trip counterproductive and inconvenient more often than not. For a company that focuses on trades, pre-owned sales, and memberships, she is definitely going against the grain.

Lets be real, hard copies of games is dying. Plus GameStop hasnt ever paid enough for hot games when traded in anyways. The employees are always pleasant and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. This location exemplifies that. If it wasnt for GameStops policies this would be a 4 or 5 star rating.

I have tried on several occasions to call this store and they never answer the phone. Now they dont accept cash. Pushing me to order online from other companies.

Bought a new game at new game price, was given a used copy instead. Then the cashier automatically added a $4 protection plan to the game without even asking if I wanted it (of course not). This store will scam you however they can, do not go here if you can help it.

I usually have a good experience here but whoever was working on 7-29-2019 @ noon lied to my face. I was looking for Skylanders characters for my younger brother, I had looked online and saw GameStop sells used ones. The girl working tried to tell my GameStop is not ALLOWED to sell any Skylanders items. Now I knew as soon as she said it that it was a lie. I will not be going back to this location if this girl is working.
