Absolutely awful. Lied to right from the start. This is my 1st pair of glasses ever and I didnt know how the whole thing worked When I asked about the price of the exam I was told the glasses were included. Ok..I can understand the glasses cost more. But when youre told youll have glasses in 10 days and day 20 rolls around and I have to call them....they tell me there was a mistake at the factory. Give it another 7-10 days. Ill NEVER go there again!

Very kind people who work here. I called last Thursday to see if they could take me for an appointment and they got me in that following Monday. Very quick process with eye exam and picking out glasses. Was there for maybe 45 minutes. Would recommend going here

This is a review on my glasses ONLY, not the optician that wrote my prescription. I got my glasses in May on 2020 and it has not been a year and my glasses are starting to have a permanent fog to them from all the minute scratches. This would be totally on me had I not paid the $250 for the polycarbonate lenses and I have ONLY ever used premoistened lenses cleaning clothes and the dry clothes for lenses. My glasses cost around $375. What a rip off. I will not be getting my glasses there again.

Ive never fought so hard to buy something before. I was told I couldnt have the glasses I wanted because they were trying to upsell me. They eventually relented when I said id take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

I didnt catch the ladys name who helped me but she was very professional and knowledgeable at her job. She went above and beyond to help me last week when I needed lenses put in some new frames. I wish I caught her name because she should be recognized for her excellent service.

I found the staff and doctor here exceptionally kind, considerate and helpful in many ways including helping me utilize my health insurance and AARP advantages which I hadn’t considered. Thank you to each of them!

Very friendly staff, and very patient! I probably tried on 20 pair before I finally picked lol and she never got an attitude she told me to take my time! She helped me pick out a great pair! So long as they keep friendly staff there, I will be shopping there all the time for my eyeglasses!

I was nervous about my eye exam since I have not had one in quite sometime, however the optometrist was very friendly. I also ordered my glasses from this store. They had a wide variety of frames to choose from and there staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and how to care for each type of frame. I will be going back for all my future glasses and accessories.

Didn’t even make an appointment because the man I talked to was so RUDE on the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment and was asking about certain days to see if it could match to my schedule and after sitting there for what felt like forever he finally snaps and says “Are you talking to me?”. I calmly said yes sir I was I was asking about your availability’s you have and his response “Yeah we’re booked.” Absolutely awful. WILL NOT be trying to schedule an appointment there again.
