Christian, the manager was the best. He helped me find the correct welder and matched a price another competitor offered. His store was out of this model and he took the time to call another store for me.He did all this at a busy time in the store. He was awesome!Many store managers could learn from his customer service!

THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!!!Coming home from what time is it a trip to buy a new car I had two blowouts on my trailer. Thinking Fast I pulled into Tractor Supply knowing they had a wheel and tire that would go on my trailer. I had the store manager Ashley, come help me find two tires and wheels. Running on a really tight budget she found something that fit my needs and got me back on the road to drive home. Tractor supply saved the day!

I bought a $25 blackberry plant from them that was infected with spider mites. I complained to the plant company that it was dying and they told me it looked like spider mites and that they were most likely picked up at the store. If it was a $2 plant, itd be fine, but $25 for an infested, dying plant? No thanks. I wont be shopping here again.

Called to save myself a 40 min drive and they put me on hold, then hung up on me, then wouldnt answer when I called back. Very disappointed.

This store is a joke. It seems like the bolt aisle is off limits for the employees. They never have any nuts and bolts I need . I find myself traveling to Greensboro to buy what I need. Just very slack location

They are good to work for. The people who are lazy quit their jobs so that gives the good workers more hours

I purchase all my heavy equipment oils / lubricants at TSC. I have 14 machines so a fair amount of fluid is required. Best prices that no one can beat. Nice people, always helpful

Other than being a small store that the isles are close together, they have a wide selection of products. Staff are very friendly and helpful. II would suggest that their corporate office look at creating a larger store for the area. Id rather shop here for a majority of my dog, yard, equine, & farm needs than having to run to multiple stores.

I went in on Saturday to rent the trailer to move some bulky items for my ex-wife. I asked the cashier about the trailer and was told that it was requested already. A lady had called and her ex-husband was coming to get it. I told her I am the ex-husband and Im here to get it. So, she rang up the rental and called someone to complete the rental paperwork. When the guy came up, the customer behind me in line said that he wanted to rent the trailer. They guy (employee) told the cashier to cancel my transaction so the customer behind me could rent the trailer because he had seen the customer come in prior to me coming in even though my ex-wife had called and I had already put my debit card in the chip reader. I waited until she finished the transaction with the other customer and I asked if she could check another store to see if there was a trailer available. She said if I would give her a few minutes, she would try to find a telephone number for me to call. To make a longer story shorter, I had to drive 31 miles to the store in Lexington to get a trailer. The Manager in the Lexington store was very helpful and very easy to deal with. However, going there took almost 2 hours away from my moving time and added over 60 miles to my travel.

Stood outside today for 20 minutes after having someone paged twice to refill a propane tank. Pulled out with an empty propane tank because it’s quicker to go to Lowe’s improvement and get one exchanged then To continue waiting.

Cameron needs to learn how to work with customers better. He was totally rude to me and my daughter when we came in earlier today when we asked about something. Not cool to blow up like that in front of a four year old.

I have been to this store 5-10 times in the last few years and always found the emps. to either be knowledgeable or nice, but never both. Always received average service but never felt compelled to rate until today. Because of the virus I ordered pick up curbside at the Asheboro, NC location. Be warned, NEVER ORDER CURBSIDE THERE. They just do not have the skill set to handle it. I called on arriving and the clerk said, it would be out when they could get to it. So it started off with a bad feeling. I put it on a timer and 20 min. later there was still no one bringing my stuff---I ordered 2 items.So I put on my mask and went in the store and passed a clerk who was pulling one of the items I ordered. I gave my name and asked if that was my order. He said yes. When I asked him if he had my other item, a blank look came over his face and he said let me check. He did check, and left to go to the back of the store and a few minutes later he came back with it. It was apparent he didnt know I had 2 items and who knows when they would have brought them curbside.Bottom line--if Lowes down the road has the item, you are much better off going there.Update on July 22nd. went in the store today and half the employees are not wearing masks. If its important to you that the employees in the store wear masks do not go in there.Another update. I posted the same review on the tractor supply website. Well actually tried to post it but they denied it and said it wasnt appropriate. I think it wasnt appropriate because it was one star so beware of their ratings on their own website.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Except on chick days. Dont like we can hold or puck out the chicks we want... so I dont buy anything but our dog food and meds. Chick days are my only problem with this store.

I enjoy tractor supply and Lucy always have what I need if I dont they order it for me so you looking for something that you dont know exactly what you need you explain it to them and then I can Lucy help you get that piece for your lawn tractor or youre bigger tractor that matter so I recommend buying there aim down the nuts and bolts cuz its the best place in town to buy them at a reasonable price

I would give a 5 star, but they need to have more than 1 cashier. Especially on a day like Black Friday.Other than that; Great Customer Service.

Was a great location, but now its big disappointment. Propane at the Asheboro location is a big joke ! They refused to fill my tanks 3 different times. Was told by management that they had to much to do inside and did NOT have time to fill tanks. It was freezing temps. at the time. They put up a out of propane sign not only when they are really out, but when they dont want to be bothered with it. This store needs a management overhaul. Get their priorities in order.

Always nice people. Prices are reasonable. I usually come for last minute propane..One visit recently it was night time, cold and raining and the guy was nothing but nice.

Every visit to our Tractor Supply store is fruitful. On the rare occasion our store does not have what we are looking for, we can order on-line and pick up in store! The employees are always courtious and kind, knowledgeable and professional. LOVE OUR TRACTOR SUPPLY.

If you dont know something, they keep a knowledgeable staff and they do. Picking their brains are free, but if you do have to buy something, they have some of best prices around especially on the higher quality dog foods, my Bull Mastiff appreciates!

Was able to get what I needed and get out in a reasonable amount of time, even though they were busy.Cashier was friendly. Love the idea they have a vet clinic on Saturdays, just wish it lasted longer than 2.5 hrs.

The staff is so helpful. If i have trouble locating the bird squares, Im led to them, plus they have the best kitty litter, Paws n Claws clumps & i favor scented.

Staff here is very uncaring, I have been going here for years and hardly ever do I get decent service here. On more than one occasion I have had to chase staff down to help at least open up the gates to load merchandise up from the back after I have made a purchase inside. Store manager once argued with my father over a battery return after buying it the day before! I would rather go to the Biscoe or S Elm Eugene store any day!

The service here was great. Esp after you pass out in the check out line.. i passed out and i dont even remember who was around me but all i know is the people there that work there and some customers saved my life. Esp this one man that said he was a law enforcement officer, not sure if he worked there but he stood beside me. Im pregnant and i got really dehydrated and had fainted. They all were right there helped me sit down and gave me water and some candy. The ambulance came and they took over but if it wasnt for the nice people that work there.. it wouldnt have been easy for me. Thank you tractor supply in asheboro for saving my life and for the kind customers. I wish i can say thank you to them inperson. BUT i will go here more often and will let them know. There are good people in the world. 😪😊
