Quick service and good prices

My daughter goes to school in Sanford. We had to have some urgent repair work done on her 2011 Ford Escape and the Ford place there was just the most convenient place to have it done. However, due to another issue, it wouldnt pass the state emissions inspection. The estimate to get the emissions repair done was over $1,100!!! I brought it home and took it to Norris (1st time Ive ever taken a vehicle there). He charged me $100, and that included the state inspection. While he was working on the Escape, the brakes on my 02 Chev pick-up went out (rough week). Turns out the brake lines were rotted out. He replaced them for $70!!! I am more than pleased with Norris Motor Co!!!I will be back, though not too soon hope. 😀

Great place for auto/truck repair

Drove our truck in due to motor skipping. It stayed there a week and they never figured out what was wrong with it, plus now it wouldnt even start. We had to have it towed to another garage. Will never go back there again.

Needed exhaust replaced from tip to manifold. Put a new tip on, sprayed cold galve or silver spraypaint on the rest. Guaranteed theyre work and charged $500. It broke 4 days later at the catalytic converter and I was told that that wasnt their work. Even though i had asked for it to all be replaced because I knew it was all bad. Nice people but I call that a $600 loss for me but much more of a loss for them on account of Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible place. Was out of town and my girlfriends car had a brake warning light on, alongside an ABS light. She went to Norris, and they proceeded to tell her that she needed a transmission on a 2015 car with 101,000 miles. Whenever we asked for the TCM codes or the logic that lead them to that deduction, all they could produce was ABS codes, and that it “just sounded like it” even though the car was not making any obscure noises. Absolute disgrace of a shop, unknowledgeable technicians, and a predatory shop that takes advantage of females that may lack automotive knowledge. Would highly advise taking your car elsewhere.

Went hear to get my transmission fixed they put a new one in and in one week it quit working so they put another one in and I had to put it in gear and wait 10 minutes before I want to go into gear. They said that was normal a d would not fix it.
