Yes there are appointment times. For the lucky truck drivers that deliver roll stock yes there is parking on site. Usually in and out 30 minutes at the max. Roll stock delivery is on the north end of the building. But check in at the east side. Again I wish all places were this efficient.

Arrived 30 mins before appointment time to find 6 trucks ahead of me. Found a spot to park somewhat out of the way, checked in following the instructions at the shipping office. 3 hours later got a call to drive to a remote warehouse down the road where I was unloaded in about 30 minutes. Had a couple damaged rolls due to the shipper loading incorrectly, but the guy unloading made sure to notate all paperwork. 2 stars only because the guy unloading was great.

Dont open your doors and slide your tandems till you get a door. They might send you across town to a different warehouse and then while youre closing your doors, all the trucks behind you are beating you the other warehouse which has one action door.

Make sure you have a confirmation number that begins with 1 1Call the am or pm phone number posted on the receiving door to check in. Some roll stock goes to a separate warehouse. Quick unloading and there is a huge empty lot at the corner of Taylor and Commerce that I always park overnight at.

Checked in 20 min. early.Backed in.Got unloaded (6 rolls)Drove away.Whole process took less than an hour.Good deal!

By appointment, they open 6:30am there’s overnight parking just before turning on Taylor dr. Fast unloading.

After going from one plant to the warehouse I got unloaded spent about an hour and half wasnt bad

Its sad when a company order products with a 0730 appt for delivery and then tells the driver at 0200 the morning before delivery that he cant sleep onsite even when there is plenty of room and the driver isnt even parked in the way😡.
