Such a beautiful shop. The staff was so kind. The in store made items were lovely and they had some crystals and cool items for solid prices. The handmade teas looked delicious and the oils selection was great.

I always enjoy when I stop by Herbiary AVL. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. If someone has never worked with herbs before, stop by and visit this shop. They have some lovely resources that can get you started.

This was an amazing experience for me. I have gone to many herb shops but this one was unlike any other. The vibe when you walk in the door is completely mind opening. The atmosphere is beautiful and everything youd imagine an herb shop to be. The aroma, the people, the product and how its displayed is all so lovely. It reminded me of a Harry Potter scene. I found some great teas for my pregnancy journey, laboring and milk production as well as a Clary Sage tincture for labor ease and PMS afterwards. What took me by surprise the most is the great selection and the AMAZING PRICES. I mean the best prices in all the land kinda thing. I am from SC and I will definitely be making regular annual trips for product. I found everything I was looking for. Thank you guys so much for existing! It was an experience that definitely expanded my horizons for sure.

I went to buy an herb and started chatting about the herb when the lady interrupted me to tell me that she knew everything there was to know... I am going out of my way to another herb shop because I will not support such toxicity...

I literally love this place so so so much. It’s the only place I buy my herbs. Delivery is how I get them since I live in Columbia, SC but it’s always so fast and everything is packaged nicely. I also love how all of the herbs, or Atleast the ones I’ve gotten are organic. Best medicine you can buy is herbs! Everything is decently priced too and I make my own herbal capsules with the things I buy.

Wonderful store, so many wonderful things

This was my first time visiting here, and I was thoroughly impressed! They have about every holistic/herbal item you could every need! They have shelves full of teas, candles, bath and body products, oils, and ready made concoctions for common ailments and concerns. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The products were high quality with decent prices. Next time I am up here, I will definitely be back!

Love the herbiary. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I get my digestive bitters and an amazing local elderberry tonic that has 12 herbs in it from there. Has kept my family very healthy!

Loved this shop! The lady working (I feel bad I didnt get her name) was very kind and helpful. I picked up some essential oil, herbal smokes, a good book to read, and several mini smudge wands; I love that they carry more than just the typical sage and palo Santo. There is a wonderful herb selection but I didnt need to purchase any at the time.

This shop has a large selection of organic and natural products of various types. I will be going back for the tea. I found a good moisturizer for my face as well as some soaps. I noticed they also present for Wellness tours. The lady that helped me had extensive knowledge about all the products.

I visited the Herbiary to find a natural solution for preimenopause symptoms. The staff was SO HELPFUL and knowledgable and made the experience so easy. Wonderful shop! Caring and professional staff! After I was rudely lectured to by one of the staff members at the nearby Chinese pharmacy and told I would need to make an appointment with their doctor to come back and obtain a simple sleep tincture, I found this gem.I used to take a Chinese herb for sleep that did the trick for me whilst living in Japan, but I havent been able to find anything in the States to beat my insomia; melatonin doesnt help me and I dont want to get hooked on prescriptions. The lady at Herbiary recommended a locally-made tincture that has made me sleep like a baby, every night since. It has all-natural local ingredients, and I am just so thankful to have found it. I was also thrilled to learn I could order it online since I live in Charlotte and dont make it to Asheville as often as Id like.Thank you, Herbiary, for finally giving me a great nights sleep! It has been years! 😊

This is an awesome (&great smelling!) shop. Has everything from teas, tinctures, bitters, herbs, skin care, & cbd. The staff is always friendly & willing to help with whatever you are pondering about.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about the herbs and if they arent familiar with one, they will point you towards a book and herbalist who are. They are like friends to anyone who walks in. I used go here sometimes just to sit on the couch and talk about herbs, life and play with the dogs.
